My greatest mistake was taking a gap year. I'm 19, can work only 20 hours a week because there's not alot of work in my small town and I start studying in august.
Any suggestions what useful things I can do? I got so much free time and I don't wanna play CS:GO all day
I lift 3 times a week (can't afford more), play piano, work and socialize every 2 days.
TLDR Any useful things to do when you have a gap year and plenty of free time, it's fucking boring

What is this road to 2pl8 bench struggle meme? I quit benching when i reached 2pl8 because i found it boring, now that my squat is 200kg and deadlift is 220 i figured i should get my bench up to 3pl8 or something. Started benching again and it shot up 7.5kg within 3 weeks.

So i recently started using creatine. On the container it says to take it 30 min before workout and immediately after. Can I take it like 15 min later, when I get home, or am I losing gains?

Molecular biochemist here. Treat it like a dietary supplement or multivitamin. It's not a pre or post workout thing- it's about getting to, and maintaining, a level of creatine in the muscle belly. It's like being on a long term medication. Start off taking large doses for the first two weeks as a loading dose, then cut way way down to just maintain it. It's just a useful coenzyme- you dont need to have it in systemic circulation around your workout time- that doesn't influence its efficacy...

Fuck what the bottles say. Take 5g a day, everyday. Take it with water, juice, whey, whatever. Take it whatever time you want; morning, evening, before/after workout, doesn't matter.
Just 5g a day everyday is all you need. It's not like a preworkout drink or casein protein or whatever where you need to take it at a certain time.
You can preload if you want but preloading is not necessary and is the cause of a lot of people's complaints about "Creatine gives me GI problems."

Are you talking for health or for gains? Gains requires quite a bit of sleep. This is an anecdote, but the biggest guy at my last gym used to sleep like 11 hours on sunday just to give his body time to catch up.

If it has resveratrol it's legit, just gotta be careful because most are shit. I was on res100 which can be used as pct as well, and it worked well.
Be careful with legit test boosters. They're basically steroids. I developed gyno during a 3 week course. Luckily I upped the PCT and it went away.

I've recently hit 2 years of lifting mark. I look nowhere near i tought i would look after 2 years and im nowhere near as strong i tought i would be. I never even officialy benched two plates. Did 205 few times pretty easy but never actually managed to push 225. I was on a bulk for ~3 months, didn't gain any strength, felt bloated all the time, couldn't sleep because of stomach ache and my almost invisible abs fade away completely making my stomach smooth. I cut only 200 cals and tried to recomp but i've lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks and quite a bit of strength....

I've been bulking the entire time. Made some gains but they've been so shit as of late. The fucking SECOND my financial situation improves I am hopping on gear.

Keep at it for another week, if it doesn't work try going back to maintenance for 2 weeks and then going on your deficit again. Focus on training for the 2 week maintenance too.

Week long plateaus are common, and often water retention related. Especially common if you're exercising as you work out, and at either extreme of fat levels.

My quality of life has skyrocketted when I look back at how I lived before.
