Hey /fit/
I've been split for the last couple of weeks, if i should bulk or cut .. As i see it there both ups and downs. If i cut to 8% aprox, I will look fresh as fuck this summer, but will not have a decent size, but if i bulk i will not look shredded as fuark but gain size but the cut would take way more effort than if i would go 8% then bulk to 12% gain mass, and then cut down to 8% again in the next cycle.. so what's your opinion, pic related, CB

Hi /fit/

im new here, and im in a situation. 5 years ago i used to weigh 164lbs, then i really fell apart and gained a ton of weight. Im now down to 245lbs. but i really want to lose another 15-20lbs in 1 month because i have to go Japan and everything is super tiny there. Is there a way I can achieve this or possibly more in that short time frame without causing a ton of damage? Ive already cut soda since January and eat chicken salads for dinner. I also work in an office environment.

I know this might not be the appropriate board - so forgive me, but...

What sort of foods should you eat/avoid to achieve clean shits which require little wiping? Too often I am having to use half a roll of TP until my asshole is clean, it's like wiping a texta. If that fails, I have to take a shower until I'm perfectly clean.

I find that anything containing fiber and also coffee makes this worse, and surprisingly greasy food helps a little bit.

Have you tried baby wipes? I was wiping my ass raw every time I took a shit. I started using baby wipes and it still takes more wipes than I would like, but my ass feels cleaner faster and it is no longer raw.

i'm too dumb to use an app like myfitnesspal, I just want to know about food that contains good calories and the macros my body needs

for example: anon you must drink 1 ltr of milk, 10 slices of bread, 8 whole eggs, etcetc.
