Is Reg Park 5x5 a good routine? im a beginner

This routine invented by copying SL and adding some accessories. Reg 5x5 much more original in that sense. Also remember, that Reg 5x5 is actualy 3x5 (first two sets are 60% and 80%) and it is very good.
