mostly by planning your meals out a week in advance. you dont necessarilly have to eat it in a specific order, but you should be eating most everything on your list that week.
if you buy milk for a recipe, consider other recipes that have milk. if you cant find any, consider having cereal as a dessert or breakfast and use milk for that.

We're still young enough to enjoy a healthy sex life. When she's panting, sweating, and stumbling around ungracefully because of her weight it can quickly kill a boner. It's a cleanliness thing too.
