Tell her honestly but gently why you want to break up (or if your reason is something like "your boobs are too small" or something equally douchebag-y, come up with something that's not about her). Something like "I don't want to date" or "I just see you as a friend only". If she takes it badly, try to comfort her and BE NICE and understanding. If she starts begging or something, just let her down gently by letting her know that you've made up your mind. If she goes batshit crazy tell her firmly that you'll be leaving if she doesn't calm down. If she starts to threaten you by harming herself and doesn't calm down, call an ambulance.

hey, /adv/, im kind of in a huge fucking rut.
my entire life, ive never gotten good grades. i know if i apply myself, i can get good grades but im always too sad or depressed or fucking LAZY to try
highschool my grades were shit. i studied for my SAT and i got a good grade (not great, but good) and i got accepted into the uni that i wanted to go to, but not the study that i wanted to do. applied for mechanical engineering, got engineering technologies or some shit like that.
so i'm currently going to community college. i got financial aid, so i'm getting paid to go basically.
i got shit grades again first semester. got a D in chemistry, when i need at least a B. had like a 2.4 GPA i believe. something like that. barely made the cutoff for acceptance of getting FAFSA, so they sent me a warning that if i get shit grades again, i wont get FAFSA again until i work something out with them...
i'm currently in my second semester, and i'm getting shit grades again. missing assignments, getting shit test grades, etc.
how fucked am i? do i have any chance of repairing my future? im scared as fuck of becoming a failure in life, i know im basically fueling that fire but is there any hope for me if i try my best to fix it now? do i have any chance at all at getting a scholarship and getting into engineering at the school i want to go to? right now, i feel like a fucking joke talking about engineering but i really want to see if i still have the chance.

If you're getting shit grades because you're lazy that's your problem. You have to find something that motivates you enough to do all of the assignments and study for the exams.
If you are getting shit grades because you're not understanding something you may want to reach out and see if you can get some tutoring or help.
Stop doing this senpai. Go make a schedule and force yourself to apply it. Don't hide behind depression/laziness because they're convenient scapegoats. You might get this a lot but go work out, find a group of friends or something else that you can focus on. You're getting a wonderful chance anon, don't blow it.

There's a sort of friend of mine I have a crush on. Last week I asked her if she wanted to go with me to some event in my city that she's probably interested in. She said "I'll see if I can and I'll tell you". We didn't text after that but I met her yesterday and I asked her again, since the event is still going on. She said something like "uhmm idk I have exams" I think. I suggested a specific day when the entry is free. She said "I have college that day" (in the morning). I said what about after college, in the afternoon and she said "I'll see and tell you", again.
Is this the last definite NO? Should I give up by now? Or should I ask her again that same day? Or try something else?
Ask her aggressively, like "do you wanna go out with me or not?", or ask her whether she'd like to choose a different place...but first ask her whether she's into those kind of events.

Thanks for the advice. Well in this case the event is a book fair*. She went to the same one last year and said it was nice. And she does read and is into books, etc.

How much time did you spend trying out this advice before you came to the conclusion it's bullshit? One night? One week? Shit doesn't just happen immediately. Just because you never left your home, doesn't mean all single people are like that.
Anyway, if you really find that you can't meet single people at social events, try volunteering for a charity or local politician. Great way to meet people. Or, try online dating, which exists to help people exactly like you do exactly the thing you're trying to do.
I feel so bad for this girl I've been talking to. She's obviously in love with me and I don't consciously mean to go out of my way to use her but that's basically what it is. She's cute but chubby and I'm just not super attracted to her physically. I'm even *less* attracted to her emotionally/mentally (she's much younger than me, but still more than legal) and there is a huge difference in maturity.
The reasons I talk to her are:
A) I know her world will crumble if I stop. She's insanely depressed and insecure. She has suffered a ton of emotional trauma from her parents and literally has 0 friends (if you include me, then 1).
B) I'm terrified of being alone. It's nice to have someone to talk to who will do anything for me whenever I want.
She comes over and does what I want and leaves. Last night she came over, sucked my dick and ate my ass. As awesome as it was it just felt so fucking wrong.
I don't know what to do. I've made it clear more than once that I DO NOT want a relationship with her and just want to be friends with benefits. Something still feels wrong. I feel like the right thing to do is just completely break it off but I know it's going to be extremely extremely ugly, maybe for both of us.

Of course you feel bad, you are aware that she is bending over backwards for you because she is in love with you and you are using that to get the little that you DO want from her. It doesn't matter that you tell her you don't want a relationship, someone as fucked up as she is right now who is badly in love is not exactly rational. She'll think "he'll want to be with me when he sees what a good woman I am, he'll want to be with me after I please him better than anyone else did, I just have to prove my worth to him and he's going to fall for me".
You can keep talking to her but no physical shit and try to keep your distance and encourage her to seek out other people's company and seek professional help.
