How do I make great coffee?
People tell me it's just about the brand you buy, and that everything else is pretty much the same.
nobody who has ever had OK coffee would say that, let alone anyone who has had great coffee.
Get the mug.
Fill until you can no longer see the base of the mug.
I find that about 3 teaspoons (full ones) work the best.
Add the water, mix it with a spoon soon after, then take extra requests from others i.e milk, sugar etc.

Hey /adv/, I had an in at a coffee shop and will likely start work as a barista sometime this week. I have close to four years of experience in restaurants, but none behind a coffee bar.
Is there some way to prepare myself? I'm sure I'll be asked questions by customers. Some answers I can pick up along the way, but I'd like to get a head start if possible since I'm bored/enjoy being prepared for what I do.
