I've been finding it more and more difficult to properly vent my anger. I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week for the last ~5 years. Always workout very intensely, but I find that it isn't doing much of anything anymore. I'm worried that I might start to take out my anger on myself or even others, maybe even reverting to drug abuse (I am a recovering opiate addict). What do you guys do to keep yourselves distracted? I have other creative hobbies like photography, music, and drawing, but I always end up at square one.

It's a bit destructive, but I love using skateboarding to blow off steam. Flinging myself down stairs several times just for that one time I roll away feels pretty great, and in the process I tire myself out getting frustrated with the trick I'm trying to do.
I play the saxophone, I'm not very good at it but it works for me as I have to focus at least a little to enjoy it and play well
Perhaps something along the same lines?

I'm a NEET 26 year old who badly needs a job. My last job was three years ago and I don't have an easy way to explain the hole in my employment history. I've been applying to every shitty retail position I can find, but to no avail. No one calls back.

I was considering lowering my standards and applying for some food industry jobs as well. There's a Starbucks nearby that hires pretty frequently. I dunno what they pay, but I hear it's pretty okay-ish for entry level wageslave stuff.

I'm very insecure about the way my face looks and i avoid mirrors. I never wear my contact lenses anymore because i hate seeing my face in mirrors with bad lightning.
If someone ever calls me ugly it completely ruins my self esteem, even if they claim they were just joking. If anyone ever tells me i look good i just assume they are lying.

Last time i had a girlfriend was years ago, and i didn't treat the relationship seriously. Now questions arise whether or not i should get myself another girlfriend.
Unfortunately i have great anger issues and will resort to beating when she won't obey me.
I don't know how far my aggression would lead, but i fear i won't be able to get into a relationship which won't result in a big problem for both of us. I do not believe in anger management and don't have the time nor will to try something like that.

Live in the UK but I'm really worried I'll grow old in my parents house, how and where do I move?

every plan is different. some people are content to move into a 1 bedroom apartment and know that they will work minimum wage to live there for the rest of their lives. some stay at home for a few years to do college. some move out for college. some never move out.
decide what you want out of life (whether its to go hang out at a young age, or save up for a nice house down the road) and plan accordingly.

How do I stop getting so over-excited during sex?

Long story short, girl I've been meeting up with for a few weeks. We text a lot and hang out whenever she's town. She's coming back from school for a week before she goes on her study abroad trip over the summer. Go to chandoo and learn everything you need to know about excel. Very important and will give you an edge when you start working.
Regarding tech jobs, the field is so vast that I can't give you an answer. You said you have analyst experience correct? Well then just apply to whatever entry level tech jobs you can and use your experience to get you a job. If were offered jobs before, you shouldn't have a hard time with that.

Yeah, I understand the importance of Excel. I once worked with a guy who was an Excel-wizard basically and was able to make cool shortcuts with it and everyone went to him for help. It's definitely is a great trait to have in the field.
