I dunno, some people might think it's weird because they might assume you don't drink because you're socially awkward and don't ever party, or something like that. That might just be for college though, like people who are super into partying are going to be weirded out that you don't drink/party

It seems a lot of people on 4chan have the same problem. This could be said of a lot of problems. One is the one where you were a gifted (and probably praised) kid who didn't have to do anything until, say, late high school or college when you realized you didn't have any motivation to do anything and never learned how to do anything. Failing out of school, being neet or barely keeping a job, etc, ensues. Probably not knowing how to characterize the problem, or how it subjectively presents itself to you at least- just not doing anything or knowing how.

I'm a very independent person who ether wants to be the leader of a group or to work by myself. I'm starting to do improv classes and this way of doing things does not work at all and you have to be a team player.

Team work is important, it helps to put the blame on someone else.
You could just be really task oriented. Make lists of all group tasks to be completed, have *group* discuss who should do what-make things super clear and agreed upon. If group member doesnt follow through, bring up issue to other members of group (remind them what you all agreed to) and confront the shitty member together. If there's only three group members it's a bit more complicated as the third wheel effect tends to single out someone.
