How do you guys deal with the idea of cheating? It causes me anxiety. Normally, I can control my anxiety. I can't seem to get a grip on this.
I've been cheated on and cheated before. I know how easy it is. I've been clueless before while being cheated on, so I know how easy it is to be fooled. I also know how addictive it can feel.
I also know how the vast majority of women and men I've met really don't give a shit. I was balls deep in a girl once and I just asked her bluntly, "How do you feel about your boyfriend now?" Her response? "Who?" ..... how can a man who has seen that know trust in a relationship?
The cheating culture never really sat well with me, which is why I cheated once and now I leave women when I find out about the boyfriend/husband/whatever. But I have friends who embraced the culture - the whole, "She's the one who made promises; it's not my fucking problem" type men and women. I have a friend who was fucking a girl he worked with. She was *engaged*. She would brag about her fiance in the office and then fuck my friend in his car right after. This same friend has been behind laptops on skype calls between girlfriends and their boyfriends... followed by him fucking them after the skype call ended. He listened to the "i love you bbyyyyy" shit too. Then he fucked her three separate times before he left.
Her "boyfriend" is going to eat that pussy never knowing my friend hit it three times. The boyfriend probably went to sleep thinking about how sweet and faithful his girl is.
The shit is so easy that seeing it.... experiencing it just that once.... seeing the look on her face when she went, "Who?".... how the fuck can I know peace after seeing the wizard behind the curtain they call love?

Is it time to just throw in the towel? I just invested the last 2 and a half semesters of my life on it but honestly I've never had a passion for it(or any other major). If I do dip out, what would I even do with 2 years of engineering credits? Would it be worth graduating late? Or should I take summer classes and C my way through college?

First thing is you need to set aside the addy and care for your body, exercise and eat well. College students have notoriously bad health and sleep patterns for a reason and what you're doing is not helping your studies.
Second you need to finish your courses. There is no other great option anon. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps and finish what you started. Nobody feels passionate about a job after college but studying opens up other doors so you don't have to worry about unemployment and poverty.
If this its truly not possible do not fret. Im 21 and have nothing to show for it. Don't worry about finishing late as long as you choose a practical study path and finish it. There is always a way to change your situation and this is not the time to worry about money spent.
I want to ask out an RA on my floor at college. My keycard to the building hasn't been working and she's fixing it for me, she told me to knock on her door and let her know if it's working. I was thinking about saying something then. I'm used to girls coming onto me, or only going after a girl that I'm sure to get, so this is a little odd for me. I was thinking about saying "hey you're really pretty. I was wondering if we could do something some time". Now that I read that back I'm thinking I should say you're really "cool" rather than pretty. Hmmm. Thoughts? Advice?

We don't have a quad this campus is really small and fucking sucks. It's also summer so there's absolutely nothing going on. I don't think I'd be inappropriate. She's just a student anyway. I also talked to a friend of mine who's an RA and he told me to go for it
I wanted to use safe mode but my computer boots up too quickly for f8. So I typed in msconfig in the start menu and switched msconfig to run safe mode minimal on start up. Only problem was as soon as it got to the password screen it would just restart and I got into a bootloop. My computer can't run safemode for some reason. It's a brand new msi motherboard computer. Then I tried putting in the windows disk it would still bootloop. The only way to be able to use f8 was through inserting my windows disk. Since none of the safe mode options worked I picked last known good configuration. And then I can finally use the install Windows thing.
Only problem is I cannot use repair your computer option because it tells me my version is incompatible even though it's the same disk that was used to install it.
The only thing I can do is use shift f10 for the cmd. But I cannot use msconfig for some reason. It tells me I don't have administrative privileges. When I try to use runas administrator it still doesn't work.
I cannot find bcdedit or even recreate it no matter how hard I try.
I moved my files from my sdd to my 2nd harddrive but it won't let me install because it's MBR not gpt.
I heard the only way to reinstall at this point is to delete all partitions and that'd mean deleting my 2nd hard drive with all my important files.
I have an external hard drive where I want to move these files but it can't find it in the cmd screen. What do I do? I'm stuck

Why can't you reinstall onto the first drive and pull you data from the second, you can't format it? Are you sure you're pressing the right button to enter bios? I'd google and double check, my rig is pretty fast and it still leaves time to enter bios. As >>17206427 go ask /g/ in a help/support thread.

We're kinda pervs, and there were some shenanigans, she was present but wasn't involved. They got back together, and he then blew up on her claiming that she cheated on him. Has anyone heard of the MTHFR gene? I was just tested and apparently I have two of them and they're responsible for 99% of the problems in my life. When I look into it online a lot of stuff like "dubious testing" etc etc comes up and there's doubt over whether this is a real thing or not.

I have this gene. My doctor to,d me I'm not a special snowflake and that a large number of people go their wholes lives and never know it. Thus they live miserable lives. I take deplin and as soon as I started taking it, I was more or less "cured." At least of the panic attacks and severe depression. The gene mutation causes other problems too. Just be lucky you were able to gain this insight. I wish everyone could.

I work at a lost and found office. Every 2 months we remove old items and separate their contents to either trash, charity, or auction. My co worker has been keeping lottery tickets found in such old items and i'm assuming that he's checking them to collect winnings. Today I threw out all the lottery tickets he had saved up into the shred bin.
If he finds out tomorrow and gets angry, who is in the wrong? Could I be in trouble for this? The tickets cant go to auction or charity, so they must logically go in the trash right? I was just doing the most ethical thing.
