You can talk to her about reality, but if she has unrealistic expectations you should bail. This is not heading toward a happy, stable relationship.

There's a difference. Me, I like kissing and cuddling, but literally anyone can provide that. The important part is finding someone you actually like and enjoy being around even when there's nothing physical going on.

That's not to say it's easy, emotionally speaking, but it's not complicated.
1. Stop initiating contact with her (it seems to make you feel miserable).
2. If the next time she speaks to you is because she has a problem, let her know that it bothers you because it seems like she's only interested in using you for advice or support and not being an actual friend.
