Ok, so I went to the ER like 2 weeks ago because it was Friday night, it hurt like hell, and I didn't want to go, but I didn't know what else to do.
Turns out, having them say "Nothing we can do, here's some Motrin!" costs nearly 500 fucking dollars. What the actual fuck? How the fuck am I supposed to pay for this shit? I cant even afford insurance. I already have to pull 2 fucking grand out of my ass for a root canal, plus I have student loans coming at the end of the year.

I'm really sorry that I can't give you much help; money troubles very similar to yours are playing a significant role in my decision to off myself.
It's really just like this (at least as I see it): When the going gets tough, you either get tough or get going; the way out of this particular mess is to work your ass off to pay those bills to get your debt in order.
You can get tough and work hard, or you can get going and kind of give up. The latter sounds shitty, and it is, but you have to seriously ask yourself how often you can get tough because sometimes that's all life throws at you - situations like the one you're in.
Sometimes little shit that you can normally deal with becomes overwhelming when there is just too much of it.
Try dividing your issues into as many partitions as you're comfortable with and, one by one, work at solving them. Given that this is mostly money related, you're going to have to start paying off all of those debts simultaneously and paying them off over a long time may seem daunting, but all we really have in this world is time.
I guess that's my advice - give it some time.
If you really want to male it out of this, give it time and effort; reduce your spending, increase your income and work at it.
Take that for what it's worth, they're just the words of some guy whose going to kill himself.

I gave myself a date.
I'm going to live until that date and, if it doesn't seem like I can turn things around, I'm going to end it.
So, if I'm not the only one who's suicidal, ask yourself this:
How long do you reasonably believe you can keep afloat in your current state (economically, emotionally, physically)? Can you extend that time by making certain restrictions?
If you can pinpoint a date or a month or a time-period that you believe you can keep things, or are willing to keep things, going until, then maybe do what I've done - live the best you can until that date and see if you can spot some light at the end of your tunnel.
Alternatively, you can just cash-out by selling all your shit, getting as much money together as possible and blowing it before killing yourself. It's ...different from the first idea, but I entertained it for some time.
I'm feeling down right now and I'm quite drunk, so maybe I'm not giving you the best advice I can, but this is the advice I'm giving.

Guys I need your advice on a really annoying subject. There’s this kid in my class who is a total furfag who always wears this brown wolf tail to school. Whenever the teacher asks him a question he responds in a yelp or bark and he likes to whimper to himself a lot. It’s really distracting and whenever someone tries to talk to him or grab at his tail he pulls it between his legs and runs away while whining. My girlfriend lives a stupidly cushy life and doesn't have to do any work in college, and has a nice and supportive family to fall back on, everything good happens to her and I hate my life. I've just been stuck with physically abusive parents and severe depression, every 'chapter' of my life so far has just been really underwhelming and hurtful, after years of being together I just have a hard time NOT getting jealous of her life. I don't want to split up with her because she's a decent person and is usually understanding when I'm depressed, but it's almost like being around her and all her good luck is what's making me depressed in the first place.
How do I overcome this kind of jealousy, is there no hope for me?

I really don't know, man. I guess the real question is - will someone else get hurt/abused if you keep your mouth shut? Does this involve a rapist/abuser who's walking around free and might do it again?
It's a real awkward spot, but to answer your question: At the risk of sounding insensitive, it's clear to me that your friend didn't really know how to handle his problems in the best way he could've. So while I can understand why you'd want to respect his wishes, consider the possibility that his judgment was wrong.
Again - if there's a potential more victims will be hurt, and damaged in the same way your friend was, and you're the only living person who knows about this - you have a moral obligation to speak up and do something about it.
