Is is unreasonable of me to ban someone from my house forever, if my housemate is still friends with them, even if I am not at home? I have yet to tell my housemate what's going on.

Every 4th of July, my friends and I go to the beach on a trip to our friend K's parents' beachside condo.

Whats the best way to handle a roomate who's turned sour for no apparent reason?
It was ok at first but after I've gotten to know him he's one of those selfi mportant, better than thou and meanspirited nerds. For exmple; He thinks Dr.Who is the best.
