Hello friends, originally I'm a /fit/izen. Used to be a fat fuck and I virgin and addicted to vidya. Over about 3 years, I got into lifting and made some social gains too.
Obviously the next step of making it is to go clubbing and bang lots of sluts, and completing the transition to alpha male.

ITT: im still very sad about my broke ups.
My first relationship was 11years, the second 2,5years. Both of the relationships were deep, the 1st one was my first love. I have been single now for almost a year. In the second relationship i was still strung out of the pains of losing the first love.

You don't know her well enough to love her, and if you don't like her behavior, you need to realize that her behavior is the basis by which you can tell who she is.
If you want to be exclusive, talk to her about it. If she isn't interested in that then either be patient and see if she develops feelings for you and is willing to be exclusive, or look elsewhere for what you want.

Does anyone meditate on /adv/?
I tried it once or twice and noticed immediate clarity in thinking and feel it definitely helped me, but for some reason I just can't bring myself to try it again or do it regularly.
I work out every few days and I'm not a waste of space, but for some reason just sitting on my arse for 20 minutes and sorting my head out seems to be extremely difficult for me and I have no fucking idea why.

You don't want to do it for 20 minutes every day because you could literally be doing anything else and it would be more productive.
I found it to be helpful, but I can't do twenty minutes at a stretch. I started with four minutes, then slowly worked my way up to ten; on good days, sometimes I 'll do two sessions.

I have a friend whose mother just died a few days ago. He's in his early 20s, his father died years ago and his sister's in rehab. That's all the relatives he has.
