So everytime I wipe, there's blood.
I spread my cheeks in the mirror and it looks like it's probably external bleeding, not internal. But how do I know for sure? Also how do I get back to normal where it's only shit stains and not blood?
What color is the poop? Usually dark purple / black stoop means internal bleeding.
