I have a longish mouth ulcer between my gums and inside part of cheeks. It broke open this morning and it looks like someone made a small incision (half an inch in length) with a knife although there is no bleeding. It hurts if I apply even the smallest amount of pressure.
Halp. What do?

its probably from biting that area without you realizing it, happens to people on molly, they chew their whole mouth and have no remembrance of it. Just wash with salt water and wait for it to scab up.

Salt water rinse as much as possible, avoid foods that can irritate it like nachos or hot liquids.
