Am i the only man who doesn't enjoy sex without feelings?
I just dont like to fuck some random girl. I am a very horny guy, its not about that. I have fucked a random girl for couple of times and even though its not bad its also not particulary good. + condom-sex or fear of stds doesn't make this better. I mostly work through upwork and similar websites. I also translate visual games and apps for "donations". I also am a skype tutor for languages lessons.
Honestly all you need to do is make your mom a really nice dinner one day and surprise her with it. A homemade, hand written letter telling her how much you appreciate her-- things you couldn't say out loud to her face would mean so much to her.
Clean up around the house, do extra chores...You know, anything to make her life easier. Just spend time with her.

i will start my military career next monday, though i have no idea what it will be like or whether it was a good idea because i have family. I join the german bundeswehr as officer or officer contender. I never served in any way so i am not familiar with military structures nor do i know what it will be like to be a soldier. One of the main reason i joined is that i can be a provider for my familiy currently i am studying and would also study at some point at the Bundeswehr.

/adv/, I think my attitude from work is crossing over into my social life a bit too much. I'm a doctor (occasionally pop up in med-related threads) and at work I'm required to be concise when talking to people, and ask the same of others when they talk to me (handing over etc)
It's now getting to the point where even talking to family or not-so-close friends (none of which are doctors), I become inpatient when they tell me something and draw it out. I can already guess the ending of what they're going to say, so save the middle part and finish it for them, before asking them to confirm that's right
It's not really an issue with close friends or colleagues outside of work

Whats the best major to learn how to write well?
Write well in what sense? Learning to write comprehensive texts? Good calligraphy? Vocabulary? Interesting and engaging writing?

English - Composition
Sadly, English Literature and English Creative Writing have pushed all other English majors aside and bastardized the whole concept of majoring in English. Not many school Composition as it's own thing anymore as a result. Or you could just do technical writing courses.
Help me out /sci/. I can't decide whether I should choose Cyber-physical system, Civil Engineering or Mathematical Statistics. What do you think are the future prospects of each of those specialities. I think that safest bet would be statistics since mathematicians do everything better than everyone else. I have worked in Civil Engineering field for years, but I am really intrigued by Cyber-physical systems. What do you think of these specialties or are those shit tier?

Hello /adv/. I just failed my driver's test for the second time now, and I don't know why I'm so shit at driving. I'm a smart guy, but somehow I find driving to be extremely difficult. Anyway, I really REALLY want to get it right the third time I do my test.
Does /adv/ have any tips, besides "drive more"? I'm not an American, so if I want to practice driving I have to do it with a professional driving instructor and it costs a shitload.
