I think the chick's brother tried to hook up with OP'S friend and she wasn't up for it. OP was more worried about the chick at the time so he ignored his friend that night, and now she is upset with him because she got the impression that he didn't give a fuck about what happened to her.
How come these air bubbles keep forming on my couch and how can I fix them? I have literally no idea how they're forming (aside from humidity and heat recently) or how to fix them. Some parts are already ripped slightly from the bubbling.

You can apply, but there's definitely penalties towards acceptance rates transfering from cc rather than another uni.
If the school is the only factor changing (gpa and course load stay the same) it will obviously be easier from a better school.
They have building that you dorm in, costs a lot cause city, but that's just NYU in general.

last night i was rear ended at a red light. My car is totaled. i was driving for uber and had a passenger who was cut and bled in the car.
she left the scene after being bandaged by paramedics but before the cops could ID her.
I quickly made a claim with my insurance and remembered that if they knew i was ubering they could drop me bc i have no commercial coverage.
i said there was no passenger and ive never used my car for commercial purpose.
a different insurance company is handling the claim (the insurance of the guy who hit me)
i've yet to speak with them but they should be calling me shortly.
so im afraid they will attempt to catch me in my lie and deny paying me for my car.
When they call me, should I come clean?

They are going to get the information from the paramedics and you could go to jail for lying. Your best bet is to come clean, but you will need a solid excuse for lying; like saying you blurred out and didn't remember.
It doesn't matter the arrangement you have with your insurance company of the other driver was at fault.

Hi /adv/,
any anons on here who have gotten back together with their ex boyfriend/girlfriend a few months after the breakup or so?
My girlfriend of two years broke up with me three months ago out of the blue. Since then, after recovering from the initial phase of hitting a new all time low and being sad, I have followed the usual /adv/ guideline of focussing on myself, getting new hobbies, meeting other girls etc and I'd say that worked out pretty nicely. However, I still feel that she is the one I really want to be with, and with all the self-improvement and reflecting on the relationship I have done, I think I am now ready to give it another try and rekindle the relationship.
Is there anyone who would like to share their story or maybe even some advice? It's really much appreciated. I can provide more background of the breakup if needed.

Depends largely on the reason why you two split. I've recently gone through a divorce and my feelings are pretty much everywhere. Sometimes I think it's worth a shot, sometimes I don't want to ever even see her again. Middle ground also happens.
