Ways to attract girls?
>inb4 money and genes
Be charismatic.
Be skilled.
Femon here physical traits I like are glasses, eyes , beards and muscles prefferbly bear mode.
Most imporant though is if they are funny and tell good puns and if they have lots of empathy. Also if they go on reddit I want nothing to do with them whinning and anger issues are my biggest turn offs in a guy.
>>16491009
All right, thanks.

If only all girls were like you.
Has anyone here ever been to a psychologist (therapists or psychiatrists are okay too I guess).
What was your experience like?
My biggest concern is that they'll tell me there's nothing wrong with me and I'll have wasted 100+ dollars, but I feel like at this point in my life I need help with my mind before anything else.
My experience is as long as you're honest & open with them, they'll be able to help.
Also be ready for things to take a turn you might not expect. Sometimes the problem isn't what you first thought it was.
Also it may take multiple visits for results.
avoid going to private ones out of recommendations
try someone who works for a hospital or similar where they have co-workers and are somewhat responsible / held accountable
try to make sessions conversations rather than monologues

There may not be anything wrong with you, other than the fact you're lazy. Before making the appointment, ask if they'll tell you what you want to hear.
Seriously... don't go expecting them to give you all the answers.
Why the fuck does everyone think I'm a NARC?
I just want to toke after a hard days work mayne but even fellow smokers think not sharing their hookup is always the right thing to do.
so what's a dude to do when he just moved to a new place and knows literally no one?
>>16490990
Just go to the local college campus and find the Rasta piece of shit, all you literally need to do.
>>16490990
grow you own, op
>>16490998
Yeah, I've tried that too. I guess I look too intimidating or something. The thing is is that even though I don't look it I'm a very nice person. I'll keep trying though!
>>16491018
I would, even have two decent quality seeds that my old dealer gave me but I wouldn't know the first thing about it desu. I'd need fans and lamps and space, plus I'd have to keep it a secret from the landlord and all.

Presuming you're 18, give or take.
If this is the case, holy shit quit worrying. Nothing's happened yet. Quit worrying over nothing.
Be sociable and make good friends before looking for a relationship. You still have time to learn.
meet people try to have comfortable conversations, as years go by you will find people through the first people you hang around with and you'll already be at the point of choosing who you hang out with and who you don't without realising
So in texting this girl I know finds me physically attractive at least, and she takes forever to respond. Like now for instance, she replied back to be at 8:47 I responded at 8:49 and it's now 9:10 and i have heard nothing back. For the past two days that we have been talking it's gone like this. Does she like talking to me? Or is she making seem like she isn't desperate or easy?
i've got the exact same problem. I'm thinking she's not interested. Quite disappointed.
>>16490952
This has to be bait.
>>16490975
Mate should I just go on and ask her out? If she's interested she'll say yeah, if she's not she'll make an excuse and no more time has to be wasted. I'm trying to find a way to do it but can't think of anyway
I'm a virgin who has never had a girlfriend.
But lately I've been seeing a girl and she seems interested.but i think we are both playing coy.
How do i go about laying our cards on the table and seeing where we stand with each other, on the same page, etc. without it being too serious?
>>16490927
She has had a normal dating life though
When you say you've been "seeing" the girl, have you been dating, or at least spending one-on-one time? Or is she a friend, or coworker, what's the situation here?
If you haven't been on a date yet, ask her out on a date. If you've already been dating, at the end of one of those dates, ask her if she'd like to come home with you.

She invited me over to watch some shows on netflix, which we did (i don't know if she expected me to make a move)
We've been to the gym together, where on the way back to dropping her off she offered to treat to ice cream, so we too a detour and sat there and talked.

Something strange happened outside IHOP today and I don't know what to make of it. Wondering if anyone here has any insights.
So I left the restaurant with my friend after having eaten my meal, and a man approached me outside the restaurant. He claimed that he was from the department of health, and asked if I would give him my itemized receipt for $5. I took out one of the copies and handed it to him, and asked "you mean this?" but he said no, I need the itemized one. So I fished in my pocket for the other one and let him see it. He said normally he would...

This is pretty obvious, but no government organization would ever do anything like that. It was probably a scam to fish emails and account information.
>>16490906
i hope you didn't pay with a credit/debit card
Scam city. Maybe those PoS systems are printing too much information from credit/debit transactions on the receipt and he knows it.
All too often when payment methods are used to verify account access, they ask for the last 4 digits...which are the ones most often printed on receipts. They X out the others and openly print the most dangerous ones.
My gf is 2 weeks older than me, is it a problem?
>>16490852
She sounds too old for you. Find someone your own age.
Just report and move on.
>>16490852
Sick freak
If a guy texts me everyday and we talk for hours, is he into me or just being friendly???
It is very likely that he is into you. You never know for sure.
The best way to determine is if he does this with anyone else. If this is regular behavior, it's friendly. if you;'re the only one, into you.
the only reason a guy ever gives a woman attention is to get into her pants.
come on now.
>>16490839
I dot know if he does it to other people
Okay, here I go. Basically I'm getting extremely lazy to the point where I dont want to go out, talk to anyone, basically just lock myself in my room and just play games/surf web. I'm always feeling tired too.
What is wrong with me?
I currently live with my girlfriend, I'm neglecting her in a big way (mentally and sexually). I've just want to not care anymore. I hate my job, parents, friends...etc. I'm in my mid twenties and I keep thinking back of times when i was a kid.
Almost same feels as I have except that ive never had a gf.
>>16490722
sounds like you're depressed. Try finding the cause or changing something in your life.
>>16490752
Yeah I was thinking that too... but not sure how to go about it to my partner. Like i still joke and laugh and that...
How do I get a gf when I'm too busy working OT, working out and reading etc to get a gf? You normie shits told me to do all this self improvement stuff and now I don't have time to socialize.
Beginning to realize that getting a gf is 100% luck d e s u
how many "no"s have you received since you started looking for a girlfriend?
>>16490742
Can you read?
Well a girlfriend requires time. If you are not in your point of life to have one there is nothing wrong with that. I am a femon and are engaged to a guy who had his first gf me when he was 26 I saw nothing odd about it. I have even met 30 year olds who got their first gf. Everyone is different do not feel bad for being different. I have a little brother who is 20 and has no gf ever I told him not to worry because it is better to wait and take the right risk on someone than to risk and waste yourself on someone you are not really sure about.
Take a deep breath everything...

Can polyamory work or are people wired for monogamy?
It works for some people but not for others.
Count yourself out if you get jealous.
In my opinion it's going to come back into vogue as the economy tightens, but only for the middle/upper-middle class.
Here you are

So I started chatting a lot with a girl at work.
I ended up falling really hard for her.
I basically confessed to her and she said "No, we can't be together."
She continued trying to chat with me at work, but I was really heartbroken, so I told her I didn't want to keep talking with her.
We basically avoided each other for a while after that.
Recently though, I've found that she's staring at me a lot.
Not in a shy way. Where if I look at her, she looks away or something. No. In a kind of aggressive way....

She likes your attention. She just doesn't like you romantically.
>>16490668
Bingo.
>>16490668
This. She knows starting a relationship with a coworker is a bad idea and so enjoys the attention you gave her and might be even fucking with you.
The fact that you know someone likes you gives you power over someone else. Look away and don't try anything but be polite.
Soon it's gonna be a year since my ex girlfriend left me (Next February) and it's been a very weird year. It's been... Something different. Not bad or good. But I'm definetelly not happy, not as happy as I was back then, just before meeting my now ex-girlfriend.
Starting at February up until the beginning of the summer, it was the worst part. Copying with that lost, while at the same time I was constantly bumping into her in the most random situations. And things each time were more and more tense, thanks to my own impulsiveness (Looking back, I don't...

Can It be done, /adv/? I've just been through too much. You have hopes. You're willing to fight for it.
But, damm, it just doesn't seem to get better.
While she has it all, and I have nothing
I dont know op, but I'm in the same boat as you....except it was in March :(
>>16490672
Can we make it?
Since the moment she left me I grew so strong, because that's the only thing I could do with myself.
i've been fighting all this time for something better. But things rarely change. It's been too much time fighting with no reward going on
How do you tell the difference between infatuation, love, or something in between? I need to figure out where I am.
Image familiar.
>>16490622
This isn't true.
>>16490543
Infatuation is more like an obsession.
Something in between is just like liking someone. You like them, but you don't feel anything more. You wouldn't go out of your way for them. You simply like their attention.
Love makes you feel like everything is right. Everything fits into place. Love makes you a better person for that person you love. You think about that person all the time, but it's something different...
