This girl from my work has started to flirt with me. She has been doing it for a while but now she straight up started to hang off me, trying to hold my hand always comes near me when we are out as a group will hug me and run her hands all over me. She will also hold on to me very tight and call me babe and baby all the time.
Its not that I don't like her or don't like her doing this stuff, its the fact that she has and lives with her boy friend and she does this stuff. All though im not encouraging her to do this stuff im not discouraging her...

You shouldn't feel bad but I can see why you'd feel uncomfortable. I'd feel uncomfortable too.
I don't know if you should just tell her not to, but you should sit down with her and bring it up. Don't directly accuse her of anything, just say "I feel like lately you've been <whatever> and it makes me uncomfortable because you're seeing somebody. Sorry if I misread things. I really enjoy your friendship".
Maybe she'd get mad at you for bringing it up, but maybe she'll come around eventually too.
If you don't bring it up it's going to keep happening, and being uncomfortable in a friendship tends to make that friendship suck.

Been with this girl for a year now, we connect on almost every level. However I'm now having second thoughts and worrying about the future as she has Chrohns disease and I'm not sure if I want to get emotionally attached to a person that could expire at any given moment and cost a fortune to keep alive.

Okay, so this is my cat.. his name is Token.
I can't tell anyone his name without them looking at me like I just said the most racist thing in the world. If it's worth 8k then I assume it's a stradivarius or something high end. If you don't already play the violin at a high level, this will be wasted on you. However, if there's some sentimental value, I guess keep it.

You can casually drop it into conversation when you're talking about stuff to do together. Come up with a fun idea or wait for her to pitch one, then suggest that "maybe she can bring a friend along (wink)."
Not to break your self-esteem but I'd also like to touch on a consideration. If she had suitable friends for whom she also believed you were suitable, don't you think she would have mentioned them by now? People LOVE playing matchmaker.

That's how I got to become moderately funny. Reading good and humerous books helps as well.
One thing though: what most people think is funny is often very base and plebian. So you will have to stoop to a lower level of intellect to connect humorously with the masses.

I strongly recommend living with someone before establishing a relationship. Especially if they fly from another country. It is a very very bad idea. You should only move in with someone as a couple after dating them extensively for a long period of time, six months would be preferred.
