Hey /adv/, I've had a porn addiction for quite some time and it's destroying me. I hate myself and objectify everyone. I've been to therapists and treatment camps but they haven't worked. I can go about three days or so before the craving gets unbearable and I have to watch more porn. Can you guys help me end this problem? How do you stop the craving?
Not an advice, just my experience:
I used to watch porn at least 4 hours daily, checking titles, collecting them and masturbating 3+ times.
Then I tried getting out and meeting people. And I realised I could stop porn all at once if I kept myself busy.
Now I fap once or twice per week, I think I'm not addicted anymore.
Good luck with your addiction, try to find something to keep yourself busy.
