I think my boyfriend has Borderline Personality Disorder. He has intense fears of abandonment, is extremely lovable but completely fails to see that he is, fails to see his family loves him, manipulates in reaction to people leaving him, and has told me that if he didn't have me he'd probably just kill himself.

i have experience. and my experience was awful. seriously one of the worst things ive ever willingly been a part of. it completely turned me off to relationships, and i have problems trusting anyone that is not my immediate family to this day. pretty much everything you can dig up on google about these people is true. and no matter how hard you try, the only person that can help or fix them is themselves (which most do not). its easy to love crazy, but you can not have a stable, healthy relationship with a bpd person. i advise you to gtfo of there now, before you end up like me.

Do you guys ever imagine what other people say about you? What do you think they say?
I try to imagine they say good things, which are hopefully based in what I've heard them say before. But sometimes I'm worried I've just made up shit that I wish they said about me and is trying to convince myself that that's what they're saying. Anyone else ever feel this way?

Honestly I find this very scary because I've had depression without it before, and that was just being sad and hopeless about things I was passionate about. Now I feel like I'm literally becoming a different person because I don't care about anything I used to. I don't care about anything new either though. I'm not sure how to stop this.

For example, since I was a kid I wanted to become a writer, but in the past few years it seems like a chore to read books or to write. I can't motivate myself to do it and it seems pointless.
