it isn't debilitating, but its damn annoying. I have to pass it off as being hungover or a little bit drunk when my family and nonsmoking friends ask what's wrong with me. So I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow and I'm pretty anxious about the whole thing. I remember my cousins got theirs pulled and they all went through what seemed like hell.
Both of my parents never had theirs taken out so I really don't know what to expect. Can anyone shed some light on it please?

The actual surgery itself is nothing. If your teeth are very impacted, you might be in for quite the recovery. Have an ice pack on hand, take your painkillers, and don't try eating solid food before you're ready. Oh, and make sure to drink (but not suck!) a lot of fluids/water. Dry sockets suck ass.
Omg it's not bad for everyone. If they aren't impacted it's a very simple extraction & you don't even need to go to sleep. I had mine out and they were not impacted so I didn't get any gas only numbed and I took alleve for pain, didn't need the narcotics they had presevribed.

depends on the girl. it turns out it is surprisingly popular but that does not make it the norm. find out. if ur with a girl ask her what she likes. theres no shame in that. make it a bit of a philisophically sexual conversation. mention simple things that turn you on. see if she says the same.

For example, why the fuck would a laywer quit his law job to become a teacher? He is wasting all of his time and effort at law school. Also, being a teacher is shit with low pay, low social status, etc. These people are probably romanticising their jobs too much. Teaching has its own shitty aspects where you have to deal with kids who don't give a fuck about education and mark exams at home. The grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence. These lawyers can also strive to teach at college level, so why not do that?
And what about engineers, actuaries, bankers, pharmacists, accountants, etc who switch to teaching? Switching makes no sense.

Work mates husband switched from being a chartered accountant to being a teacher.
