Hey /adv/ pretty quick question. I have a ex girlfriend who I broke up with pretty cordially. There was nothing really wrong, I was just busy with research and my own work and not able to spend much time with her so after she said she wanted a break I just decided to end it.
I am not upset at all about the relationship, she was really nice and I don't have much bad to say about her.
However, I am in college and she has suddenly started hanging out with all of my friend and is saying pretty mean stuff about me. She is now friends with people she hated before...

Literally no clinical difference whatsoever.

Sometimes you have to be a tough son of a bitch and teach people lessons in life. If you go rescue that "friend" right now then it will just happen again. Just go to the doctor. Taking off the string will allow the toxins produced by the dead flesh to be sent right into your body. Which can make you very sick or probably worse.
You'll never be able to remove all the dead tissue by yourself before removing the string so you'll be introducing toxins into your body. So if you go to the doctor they'll be able to deal with the toxins before it does real damage.

How can I become a better conversationalist? I tend to be really egocentric and I worry that I'd alienate the person I'm talking to if I spoke my mind. I think really hard for open conversation topics but my mind is always blank from anxiety.
