How do I get rid of fetishes?
I have some absolutely degenerate extreme ones that I could never tell anybody about (they luckily only involve harm towards myself, never others, only adults as well)
I'm at the point where I can only jack off to thoughts about them, and anything that I encounter in my life that slightly reminds me of them, turns me on to an insane level.
They're all terrible fetishes and I hate myself for being as miserable. They made me end up in the ER twice already (although I could talk myself out of it) and not much permanent damage was done.
Is there anything I can do about this? I'm desperate for any help

The first step is deciding if you really need to get rid of them. If you to any degree feel that you don't, it's going to be more difficult.

Realize that of all the things that go wrong, it is extremely unlikely for any them to happen. I'll hit you with this cliche:

Nothing will cure you if you have a legitimate phobia though. Only way you can get comfortable with it is to power through. I suggest taking books, games, or distractions so that you don't think about that stuff.

Acoustic or electric? Aside from getting deals secondhand, which is easy enough to do with some hunting, there are lots of decent low-end/entry-level instruments out there. Ibanez, Yamaha, Squier, Epiphone (these two are the budget labels for Fender and Gibson, respectively), Hagstrom, and a bunch of heavy-metal-looking brands (Jackson, BC Rich) make OK electric instruments to get started on. You can sometimes get combos with a small amp for cheap. Yamaha also makes cheap but OK acoustics, as does Oscar Schmidt/Ovation. Among others.
Few of these are going to be great, play for the rest of your life guitars, but they all work and they're all real brands. Manufacturing quality varies a lot, so ideally you should be able to play it before you buy it--you can feel if it's garbage.

Mostly it doesn't really matter. Try one out that you like the looks of and that feels OK. If you end up picking guitar as a steady hobby, you'll end up having many guitars anyway.

I think the only factor to take into account is metal strings vs nylon. In most cases you want to go for metal, unless you're planning on only sticking to classical guitar. If you're used to playing on metal strings, nylon isn't a problem. The other way around can, however, be troublesome.
My first guitar was an acoustic one. Montana is the brand. No idea what model it is, but it's fairly high quality, and I still use it as my primary acoustic guitar.
My first electric was an Ibanez RX40RD. Nothing fancy, three single coil pickups, but it had a nice sound. Unfortunately it's not playable anymore as 10 years of heavy use eventually wore out some of the electrics in it. I still have it, tho, and plan to fix it.

For acute anxiety or panic attacks, yes. It will relax you.

It shouldn't make your underlying anxiety disorder worse, but I have heard of people getting habituated/addicted. Not sure how much of that is psychological and how much is physiological.
You may become addicted, it's best to wean off. whatever you do, do not mix Xanax with any other downers.

If you're really concerned about it go see a doctor. Most of the time herpes actually isn't that bad. More often than not you'll have one or two outbreaks and after that it rarely returns, this all depends on how strong your immune system is tho

This. The doctor will swab the pimple and do a herpes culture (make sure it tests for both HSV-1 and 2).
However, keep in mind that this test will only be able to tell you if this pimple is caused by HSV, not if you have or don't have HSV in general. Most people do have it, and chances are you already do, but people just never know.

Your girlfriend can be a roommate, but only if she is also working and paying her half. You can't afford to take care of all the bills when you're just starting out.
