When I was an idiot teenager I moved across the country to live with some guy I met online and had been in an ldr for a few months. Very very unreasonable and unwilling to compromise. She wants to move out so adjust your plans and stop worrying.
There is also such things as renter rights. You have 24 hour notice rights before landlord can just barge in. This doesn't change even with a discount.

I just think its a waste of money and such a spur of the moment decision change. She obviously wants this but if we put the idea on the table last month it was no. We could leave it 8-10months have double the savings and move somewhere better, start towards something we own, rather than throwing away money, to of all people- her parents.

There are medicines that increase your fertility. I imagine your doctor had prescribed you these. Did you try saline uterine flush? Did you ever have any chemical pregnancies (pregnant for a few days but implantation didn't take,or miscarried)? Did your doctor rule out a fallopian tube blockage?

Renting comes with a lot of bullshit but you can move around. Buying a house is forever.
The house option fully paid is obviously a good financial move but it would take some time living with your parents and working to be able to pull that off.

You can start easy, just a walk/run routine for the first month 3 days a week until you can run 5 miles uninterrupted, then get into weights. The physical training will give you energy and help you stay more than awake during the day.
Like you said, it's not like you are overweight, but lazy people tend to have lazy muscles which means low energy levels. Work out and you will see results.

So here's the deal, I may not be an obvious attention whore and do things like post slutty photos on social media, fish for compliments, or anything like that. I mean, I kinda get what you're feeling, you want to incite a particular reaction out of your boyfriend and if it doesn't work then you feel like he doesn't care about your presence. This is an immature way of thinking, but it is pretty common and not crazy or anything. There is not much you can do, because it is all in your mind. You have to try and train yourself not to have certain expectations of people, and if they react in an undesirable manner you've got to convince yourself with logic and reason. Maturity is a large part of this.
