I'm a seriously heavy sleeper who goes through their alarm clock all the way through. Been trying to wake up at 3:00 AM to do something early in my day. However I go to sleep around 12:00 Am, so it's hard for my body to wake up. Can anyone help me out on this.
There's an alarm clock app called "Sleep as android" or something. Check it out, it has some interesting stuff to make sure you get up.

You can only shift your pineal gland internal clock about an hour a day. Gradually shift back your wake up and sleep times only by an hour a day. Dont nap.

Just talk to people, it will be hard if you don't share any interests with them though. As for the hobbies thing there must be something you are at least vaguely interested in and would like to know more about. There's nothing wrong with being new to a hobby and people aren't going to judge you for it, people usually love it when people take up a new hobby they also like.

Start exercising, remove all distractions (make SURE all those motherfuckers are FAR out of reach), go to the library, make lists (write down what you need to do, but also write down when you finished something and why this makes you happy), stay consistent. Yes. I live in WA and I voted in support of it, even though I have no desire to partake. I have been around it enough and done enough research on it to know it's far less harmful than shit that's already legal. It's bringing it a lot of needed tax dollars. Our state is not allocating them in the way I wanted (I want them to go almost entirely to roads and education), but I have hope they will adjust their budgets in coming years to reflect that.
I smoke it very rarely because it makes me anxious. But I have a lot of friends that use it for a multitude of symptoms that would otherwise be treated with shitty drugs with shitty side effects. I'm not okay with people rotting in prison or having their lives fucked up in some other way, over something as insignificant as pot possession. Plus if it were legalized it would be better for the economy, provide jobs, be a lot safer (no risk of it being mixed or "cut") etc etc.
