I'm supposed to learn German to B2 level, in one year, so that I can start going to university in Germany or Austria.
Unfortunately I started the "A1.1" course at this "school" since I thought "cool, I can learn the basics really well and shit", and only later have I found out that not only they split their A level courses into to, but apparently they split their B courses into 5!! (B1.1 B1.2 B1.3... and note that each of those lasts 3 fucking months) I don't even want to know about the C levels...
Now after having lost 3 months (I have only finished a half of an A1 course, hence A1.1), is B2 doable in a 10 months span or so in a normal language school that doesn't try to milk all of my money like the aforementioned one? (I also study a lot at home and have basically taught myself most of the things we did at the course before it even started)
What do you suggest? Is going abroad to Germany for ex. and spending some time in their language schools learning German a good idea?
If you're confident enough to insist on communication German. idk this a and B thing but speaking broken German to fluent speakers is scary and they will want to try their English on you and most Germans can communicate through engllish and like 25% are fluent.
If you do go on some student exchange don't fall into a habit of letting people speak to you in english, just only reply in German and they should get it

I don't work on the assumptions that:

Also, I believe one should wait until one know each other far better than what is possible in the span of a couple of weeks before deciding to try for a relationship, and in the meantime even serial-monogamous people will date and sleep with more than one person at a time.

It's a safety issue. You sleeping with multiple people at once exposes all of those people to heightened STD risk. I don't give a fuck to hear about "I always use condoms." It doesn't fucking matter man because condoms do not protect against STD transmission in many cases and you don't wear condoms on your face do you now.

About the polyamorous stuff - it's whatever. I agree that you should wait until the girl wants to "have something" with you because until she vocalizes it to you what the fuck do you know? You're not responsible for reading minds Ms. Cleo. Plus women aren't rational even when they think they're ready for that conversation. You bringing it up before she's ready could get ugly.

You assume a few things, though.
1. I got myself tested five weeks ago
2. At the point when my ex didn't want to continue sleeping with me, she hadn't been with anybody else since before we reconciled in early October, and I got myself tested then as well. Nobody will get sick.
I'm more responsible than you might think. More interested to know how I should go about telling her about my polyamory for the sake of jealousy and hurt feelings, not so much STDs. And in that area we seem to agree that it's too early to talk about relationship stuff, so cool.

i had a falling out with two friends last year. lets call them A and B
B has been a friend of mine for a long time and we got along so well for so long
A was just a recent friend and I kinda liked her but she had a girlfriend so I never acted on it or anything

I've finished highschool recently, and since about 2013 I've had the strong desire to build a gaming PC. In the past week though, I've lost interest in this because:
1. My university degree is going to involve lots of work and study, meaning that I can't play as much games as I have previously
2. I'm starting to lose interest in gaming as a whole; they also make me extremely angry at times
3. The cost of building one (in my country) is pretty damn high, and it would be a waste of money (because I wouldn't play that many games anyway)
The problem is, now I'm starting to feel empty inside. I've been so obsessed over this computer (in my spare time for the past few years I researched parts and stuff), and now I feel like a part of me is missing; now that I'm not going to build one.
I guess my questions are:
1. What can I do about this empty feeling I've got?
2. When I stop playing games for good, what interests could I take up that aren't extremely expensive and are actually useful?
Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I find it hard trying to word my problem.

As far as the computer goes, this might just be a phase you're going through, or you might just be feeling a bit down and loosing intrest in things for a while. I think you should still build it. It would be a shame to miss out on something you've been looking forward to for so long, and you never know, it might cheer you up a bit. Plus, even if you don't actually play games on it, a powerful pc is never a bad thing to have. No one ever sat at their desk and said "man, I wish this thing took longer to boot up" or "that's a shame, I was really hoping it would crash and loose all my data when I try to open Word and Excel at the same time".
Perhaps go for an interim build, something that will do for now but leaves you with the option to upgrade later if you want to (I just did something similar for my oldest son). Buy the case, psu, and mobo as if you were going to build a top of the line machine. Throw in an i5 4xxx, one 4gb stick of ram, a gtx 750ti, a single 1tb hdd and just use the stock coolers on everything. That'll keep the cost down quite low and give you a reasonable machine for now, and if you decide later on that you want to run an i7 6xxx, a pair of titan z's, 64 gb of ram and three ssd's in raid0 you don't have to start the whole thing over from scratch.

Not all interests have to be useful. Or to put it another way, having fun is useful, because it makes you feel better. Personally I like fishing in my spare time, but it's not for everyone.

My professors were requested to provide the financial aid office with my attendance records from last semester (specifically, the LATEST date I had attended).
The dates they provided resulted in charges to my student account....significant ones.
Problem is, the dates some of them gave are wrong. One said my last day in class was in October, but I have back-and-forth emails between us about assignments and shit from late November. (Stuff I wouldn't even know about had I not been attending.)
The other one said my last day in his class was in early November....but I TOOK THE FINAL EXAM FOR THE CLASS. Y'know, the very LAST thing you FUCKING do in a class.
So, now I owe money...and the icing on the cake: the federal deadline to change the info submitted has passed, so I may not even be able to correct their mistakes and get the debt cleared.
What do? I'm pretty disappoint.

Just found out that their dates were innacurate earlier yesterday...emailed them about it, no reply yet.
I'm gonna try to get something worked out with the Dept of Education, since finaid at the school can't fix the error. (They're being awesome and helpful though, its just out of their hands.)

If indeed they screwed up (and sometimes we do) they will want very much to set it right.
Do this:
1. Go to the dean of your college. Explain everything, NOT belligerently. Ask for that office's help in getting financial aid to reverse itself or at least delay action until this gets corrected.
2. Go to Financial Aid office with the same request.
3. Contact the professors with your evidence of attendance and ask for a letter admitting the error and correcting it. DO NOT get angry. Just say an eror was made and you need their help correcting it.
4. Bring their letters to Financial Aid and/or the Dean
(Even if federal deadlines have passed, the university may be able to get an extension/correction for you. If not, they will probably feel obligated to give you their own financial aid to cover the problem.)
Believe it or not, no one is out to screw you. Everyone involved has a vested interest in keeping you in school, and if they screwed up, they'll do all they can to fix it.
