So here's how the story went

>everything is good
>flash forward 4 months into the relationship
>Christmas time

>I go to new York because cousins live there
>I come back early than expected
>I ask her to hangout then she says she's hanging with her friend
>new year 2016 with the boys
>beginning of 2016 I text her. No response
>I text her again. No response
>I video chat her. Ask her if there's anything I can do or improve on says no.
She says she just wants to be friends.

Do you guys think that I deserve the closure. She said just felt like we should just be friends but she blocks me and won't give me closure. Also the new guy too. The relationship was only going up. My friends think that the Christmas party was with guys

You don't. What happened is the closure. from what you wrote she seems immature and not ready for proper communication, so any attempt to gain "closure" is gonna make you seem creepy. Move on and try to find someone better.

What do you think is a good life? Where does the music play at?
Everyone has their own preferences hobbies, goals, etc., but is there something where everyone could agree on? Something objective that make's one's life good?
Is itm ore the way for a safe, quite and comfortable living (which many people don't have after all) or should it be filled with more excitement, risk, passion and ups and downs?
Should you focus on special goals or is a varied approach better?
Are personal goals (like health, finance, social goals) better or should one contribute to society (politically / or social activities)?
In a world filled with so many opportunities and billions of life strings I kinda got lost in what I should pursue. Thus this is more a discussion thing than an actual advice. But I'm curious how others think about it.

In my opinion every human is in his own way individual in terms of his way of thinking, experiences, preferences, way of dealing with problems but for the most liking different things and therefore seeing certain things good which other people would call bad or strange.
I think almost every human´s life goal is like what your title says lifing a good life and beeing happy.
So this is where we all agree and the fact that every person for example laughs when he is happy do proove this theory i think.
But that is also the point where general accordance ends. The fact that every person as an individual is unique leads to 7 billion different point of views what happinnes in the end really is. The views may end up matching in some points for example many people get happy watching football with their friends but no one would agree in every point with another person. There will always be the tiniest fraction of difeference between all humans.
the thing is we should all be able to accept the fact that we cant define a general definition of a good life. Maybe for some people accepting that every person sees happines in a different way is what makes them happy.
Seeing the happines of other people and knowing that the only answer to your question is that there is no real answer is to me very satisfying and gives me room to look for my own happines while giving other people the opportunity to life their way of happines.
My reply might be a bit abstract as well as liberal as fuck but that is my point of view.

I'm trying to find and replace text in hundreds of files, but there's a special requirement.
For example, let's say the text is as follows :

If i just find and replace the number "40",i will end up replacing a lot of stuff that i don't want to. So basically want to replace the number 40 if it's the ONLY thing by itself on a single line.
I've tried several find and replace programs and none can seem to do it. Any ideas?

There's a big difference between posting on an image board and actually talking to someone for an hour. Much more can get covered, much faster. And it's more interactive which allows conversation to build.

I was not trying to seem better than anybody. i guess I could of wrote that better, sorry.
So I got to know this girl from playing video games with her online. I got along well with her from the beginning and thought she was really fun to be around. I found out she had a (long-distance) boyfriend pretty quickly, but didn't think much of it. I started playing games with her, her boyfriend, and some of their other friends every day. Occasionally she and I would be the only ones online and we'd hang out, just the two of us. I always enjoyed that the most.
Over a couple of months, she and I spent a lot of time together. Eventually, we started talking late at night, sometimes falling asleep to eachother's voices. A few days ago, things got sexual. We had definitely both been interested for a while, and then it just kind of.. happened. She told me she and her boyfriend were arguing all the time and their relationship was basically over anyway.
Then, the next day, she told me that she couldn't do it. She said she told him the truth and he forgave her. She said it's her fault that their relationship is struggling and that her boyfriend doesn't deserve to be tossed aside for nothing he did wrong. Despite choosing to stay with him, she keeps spending time alone with me. We can't stay away from eachother. She cheated on him with me again. She tells me that she's fallen in love with me, she can't stop thinking about me, she wants to be with me, but she just can't leave her boyfriend for me because it's "wrong."
She feels horrible about everything she's doing, but won't let go of either me or her boyfriend. She says she's never been in a situation like this and is so confused. It's all been very stressful for me but, while I know what she's doing is fucked up, I can't stay away from her either. She makes me feel so good about myself and I genuinely fucking love spending time with her. Wat do?

UK folks, TV License shit. Get ready, ready, ready!
So my girlfriend was paying for TV License despite us not watching TV live, only on demand, Netflix, 4OD .etc so i emailed the TV license cunts and declared that we didnt need one on the 24th of November i got an email acknowledging this fact saying they wouldn't bother us for 2 years.
Last week a letter came in her name demanding money saying shes breaking the law saying her payments only keep our license upto the 31st of November and they'll cancel our license completely, NOW today a letter came from these Marston Baliffs saying she owes nearly £500 because of a fine for not paying TV license...what the fuck kind of law breaking is this from them?
I was going to ring them and remind them they actually owe us a weeks worth of over license paying but theyre shut now till Monday.

I've always been insanely jealous. In high school I beat up my high school sweetheart's exgirlfriend because she asked him out, but he even said no and he was with me. I fought another girl for kissing a boy I liked at a beach party.
I got a little older and I stopped fighting people. But I'd still get insanely jealous of my boyfriend's female friends and ex's. One of his friends seemed to feed off of my jealousy.
