You can be -like- an "alpha" by figuring out things for yourself but everyone starts somewhere.
The most important thing by a large margin is social experience. Go out and approach women.

Waking up early for work isnt healthy by any way
I sleep 8 hours everyday, no phone in bed
But I wake up at 6:30

How do you guys deal with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)?

I'm doing Greyskull LP for Fat Loss, 6'6, 240lbs, ~25% BF. It has me alternating between an AM Fasted Walk for 45 mins and a HIIT session on different days. Some days I lift, some days I don't. My question is, for example, today I have a 45 min fasted walk, and some gym work....

Bcaas are 100% unacceptable when fasting, even when lifting.
Anyone who says otherwise doesnt understand how fasting works.
Walking isnt cardio, it is being a human bean, instead of a sedentary couch potato.
Walking before lifting is encouraged.
Avoid HIIT before lifting.
I recommend barbell complexes as a fun, easy, and proggressable (just add more weight!) form of HIIT.

I use to lift after cardio, felt good but ifor it is intense then you should wait like 5 mins before lifting or you might feel to tired to lift. Stop doing it because I use coffee as pre workout or c4 so no good on heart. I switch cardio on rest days

I run at least 4 times a week (Monday-Thursday). I run 2 miles a day except on wed I do a 4 mile (cause the pool I go to is closed). I'd say that running at least once a week is good though, but two times is better. Try to get up to a 10 miles a week thing, with splitting up miles per day

bro-splits (what your friend does) will work but are not as efficient as training each muscle group 2-3x a week, because protein synthesis (i.e. gaining new muscle) only occurs for up to 48h after a workout.
Of course it works, just as hitting them all in one day works. Sure, if you compared them under the exact same conditions, one may prove more effective than the other (splits probably works better), but there's so many other damn factors you should worry about first, like: what are you eating, are you consistent with your schedule, are you actually pushing yourself, etc.

I have pic related for about month now, I believe it is because of ingrown toenail. I have tried to remove the part of the skin but It didnt help much really - I would have to remove all the swelling with scalpel or something.
Is there any way to cure this? It's sometimes hard to run/train, everytime I wake up there is an oil there and some blood. Help please.

i usually stay at the healthier end of that spectrum, toasted rice, whole grain cheerios, wheaties, but once in awhile I do grab a box of cocoa pebbles.
