So, the /fit/ part... I used to be really fat. I am still really insecure about my body, even at 12% body fat and an amazing body (for normies) ... Am I incapable of making it? I should be confident that I'm the best she can get.
I was thinking about talking to her, but I'm afraid of revelaing how much of an insecure fuck I am... I'm actually considering breaking up with the most loving, caring woman; the first girl I've ever loved, because she is going out with her friend for her birthday. Lack of practice? Is this common? If she's never given you a reason to have suspicions you should trust that she won't do anything. I know what you're going through as i'm currently going through the same thing. I just have to keep reminding myself that nothing she's ever done should be giving me these thoughts. Honestly though? Talk to a therapist or something, it helps getting your insecurities out there.

Meh, I kinda agree and personally do a pretty good amount of cardio but if you squat 3 plates for reps your heart is just fine an unhealthy heart can't pump blood to muscles, science bro.

Have any of you swapped the barbell bench press for the dumbbell bench press? I'm considering it. My bench is terrible and I feel like I might have more luck with dumbbells.
I did and havent looked back. No more shoulder pain and last time i bb benched i was struggling with 185 lbs. 6 months after diligent db bench i went back was easily able to do 2 pl8. Dont listen to people who say you cant bench heavy with db. Just be mindful of getting into position carefully. Best part is if you ever want to switch back your gains make great carryover back to barbell.

I do ashtanga yoga, and the whole concept is you internally heat your body, instead of externally heating the outside area around you. I still need to give bikram a go, but you could always go into a sauna and go through some sun salutations instead and get the same benefits. The heat shock proteins your body produces are pretty rad, increases insulin sensitivity and helps keep you lean. It's a good practice based on what I've seen, regardless if the dude is a creep or not

Currently 2 months on the Greek god workout after 8 months on blahinos 5x5 ICF works wonders for people on the intermediate level. Helped me get over my plateus. Got them for free tho, not paying for a routine.

If you can't join a gym then retool your diet and do body weight exercises in your apartment or at a park or something. Go to YouTube and search for body weight exercises and do them. There might be some info graphics floating around with programming and stuff. But you should just do stuff everyday. Your diet will be most important
