I can't stop going to the gym. Every single day. I haven't taken a single rest day in two weeks. I want to keep growing, getting better, stronger, shredded. I know that taking days off is what allows the muscles to recover and ultimately will increase my performance when I get back.
But I just can't fucking do it. If I make it to the end of today, it'll be my first full rest day. I'm fighting the urge to do some push-ups, dips, crunches, planks, squats right now with bodyweight (gym is closed and I have no other choice)....

Keep going if you like it. I'd be there just about every day too if given the opportunity. PPL is a good routine for people that want to go 6 or so times a week so that way you can rest some muscles while working others. Do what makes you happy family

Decided I wanted to get /fit/. So about a year ago I put together a plan. Step 1 was bulking.
I am 5'9" weighed 180 pounds at the beginning of my bulk, it took nine months and a TON of work, but by the end of my bulk I was up to 245 pounds. One of the hardest things I've ever done.
So step 2 is the easy part, getting /fit/. Gonna start tomorrow.
I do have a question for you however. Is there anyway to get /fit/ without actually lifting weights? I have a bad forearm and I don't want to make it worse.
