I'm extremely thin with decent muscle tone left over from being an athlete in high school, but I recently split with my gf of 6 years and have completely lost the motivation to do just about anything to do being manically depressed.
I normally wouldn't care about my health but I've noticed I've completely lost any sex drive I had when I was still with her and any motivation to eat or exercise as well.

I used to be 180 pounds and dropped to 147 since may.Will I ever be able to achieve a good looking body with my genes ? ( I don't want to get big abs or anything , I just want a cute flat chest)
I don't really want to keep losing weight because , even though you can't see it in the picture my ribs are slightly showing on my side but my belly is still highly showing .

I'm going to make it. ive read the sticky, and I have made a perfect diet plan and a good starting workout rutine. I'm not very strong, so I'm going to start doing the rutine with just the bar, then add weights as I get used to lifting and moving with weights.
But the guide did not mention anything about workout apparel, what clothes would be best suited for working out in./

Ok fellas serious question, fat boy here im 6'1 and 220lbs. Im in school and have no money for a gym membership, but I do have a heavy bag, two 20lb dumbells, a beginner rowing machine and a stationary bike. Is the good enough equipment to get in shape on a cardio based program?
