to the people who have achieved god-tier body status, how much time do you spend on maintenance? I will be there in a few months so I need to know. I spend about 2 hours in the gym at the moment - how much will I need to work out just to maintain the gains I've gotten?

I clearly said how much time for maintenance, aka not stopping. And clearly there IS a time difference between the amount of work-out to stay the same compared to get gains.

1, lots of animals are pumped full of antibiotics, and
2, lots of chickens get given lots of estrogen to make their breasts grow bigger
I think that the consumption of these chickens would lead to some of these drugs and hormones passing onto you through consumption, but I honestly don't know what quantity you would need for it to have a serious impact

5x8 decreasing weight after 3 sets to encourage exhaustion of:

Split your workout into two or three different muscle groups
Row/Deadlift on back day
Squats on Leg day
Bench/Military on Chest day
It'll let you curl and shit after you get the main lifts out of the way and you'll work your body evenly.

Every time I eat any grain, including fucking corn or rice, I stop digesting my food fully and start losing my mind for no reason. I thought I had celiac disease but I have as bad a reaction with rice and corn as anything else.

I've had a shitload of blood tests that all came back negative except the one for celiac disease but I should be able to eat grains besides the few with gluten. What the fuck, I've been eating this shit my whole life and now the past couple years they've been killing me and driving me insane

You're most likely allergic to something in grains, losing your mind when you eat something that you're allergic to is surprisingly common, lot's of crazy people suddenly become sane when they get locked up in mental hospitals/prison and stop eating whatever was causing the problem

Seems like you're struggling to keep 3 points of contact. Your toes aren't allowed to leave the floor.
Doesn't look too bad, if your knees are buckling just go lighter until you can do a few without them buckling. Also try to keep your core as tight as possible through the motion and avoid your chest dipping at the bottom. Keep your shoulders up and try pushing up through your hips and less with your knees.

do this, i did this over the summer 6x a week and was fine.
first 3 days would be heavy for me then last 3 more hypertrophy work but you can tailor it to your goals. ppl is very versatile
