It depends on your priorities.
Do you want to be strong? Or presentable naked?
The choice is obviously yours and in the long term, doesn't matter too much.
So my general strategy should be to eat a fuck load of protein while staying 500 calories under my TDEE while continuing to lift until I'm satisfied with my fat loss?
Also what can I do about low energy from eating less calories?
