I know I have a disgusting body, but please do help, how do I fix it? What's the best way to remove the love handles? I think that even if I removed them my body would be unproportionate.

I've been lifting on and off for 5 years and my body is kind of bent to the right side. Its very noticeable when i take pictures. So far I haven't suffered any injuries from it but I fear I might If its not sorted out. Any advice?

it's definitely a meme. that said, it's not necessarily a bad way to eat. fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat etc. are definitely things you can use in a good diet.
