So I've been lifting for 17 months now. My diet is really good, and I'm seeing results.
Anyway, I was reading about proper breathing today, which revolves the use of your diaphragm. Up until now, I've been breathing so that my chest and shoulders rise when I breath, (which apparently is the incorrect way to breath). This is mainly a consequence of me having to keep my stomach tight so that it doesn't protrude like a pregnant woman's stomach. The picture is me with my stomach tight. Fuuuck, I have the same problem! I thought it had to do with bad hip alignment since I have really tight hamstrings but you don't seem to have that problem.
Hip rotation.
Rotate your hips such that you penis goes up and your butt goes down. You likely have a resting stance where your hip is too far rotated to the front (anterior hip rotation).

no but really when you think about it anything is not natty just like creatine and protein. your best bet is to disregard them all and focus on supplemental nutrition to meet your macros. I take a creatine supplement but otherwise I'm able to meet my macros with just food. some people have a hard time doing that though, so they have to take creatine supplements. I don't take a creatine supplement though, since I just get it through food

Lol, it's so cheap, you can pretty much get it anywhere and you won't be wasting money. Get the powder, don't waste your time with the pills, powder is cheaper anyways. Take 5g a day, every day. I haven't noticed any repercussions from it and I been taking for 1 1/2 years. Your parents will probably think its steroids so just take it in private, don't even bother trying to explain it to them. It's fine, not some scary bodybuilding drug. Enjoy your gains.

Hey guys. I posted here like 2 weeks ago with some squat form videos and got bashed hard because I didn't have the greatest form. but i'm wondering now just how much muscle a person would gain if they're mtf. figure it's something i'll figure out on my own given time (once lifting class starts in feb), but if someone has had experience with it already i'd like to hear it.

As a female you are going to be at a disadvantage for gaining mass, but since you are mtf its possible that you could get on mones and that would help you a lot. So yeah, get test, lift big.

it depends on where you are in your training development. Id say sticking to the SS template and progressing normally is fine enough, all the extra will keep you very fatigued with the added jump rope AND training. I train on the standard template, go hard as hell on it, and my progression has been great. Dont add stuff for the sake of making it look cool. I know if i miss a weight training session and have to make it up on a day I have to spar and roll it sucks, so depending on how often you're in your mma...
