What are the pros/cons for doing SL or SS?
Most /fit/izens promote SS for beginners,others call it a troll

Hi /fit/,

I'm having an argument with my gf and some of my friends about what kind of physiques are achievable natty.
Some say Brad Pitt in Fight Club is absolutely 'roided up' because of his 'inhuman abs'. Others say pro bodybuilders are mostly natty. Certainly both statements are bullshit.

I'm studying biology but I have absolutely no clue about the maximum muscle mass a human can achieve without hormone supplements.
At the moment Scooby would be my best guess.

What's you opinion on this, anon?

Exactly, so he's not natty. I don't think he goes crazy with roids, but the little bit of artificial test he does take makes a big difference.

Alrighty so here's the thing. I'm a grill, and there's this guy at my gym who I been checking out a good while. I know that gym isn't a nightclub and someone flirting with me at the gym is usually just awkward. I been asked out at the gym few times and I can't say I would have enjoyed that. Felt awkward to bump into those guys later on. So I'm well aware of the gym code.

But this guy is especially cute. The problem is that he's always with a gymbro and just suddenly interrupting them doesn't seem like a good idea.

But anyways, what is there to do? Are there some subtle hints I could give out or what do you suggest? Or should I just drop it?

Keep in mind that I'm a slightly autistic /fit/ woman. Dat ass pretty good though.
