Is there a food worse than this for getting /fit/?
I just had about 50g of cheese on a sandwich (white bread) and my myfitnesspal basically shit itself with all the saturated fat.
for every gram of fat you also get a gram of protein

Saturated fat isn't 'bad for you'; that theory comes from outdated studies on sedentary people where they replaced saturated fat with monounsaturated fat.
Also cheese is like 25% protein.

If you're injuring yourself that often you're probably doing the exercises wrong. So they don't count m8.

What's do you guys think it's harder:
Going from:

imo skinny fags have a harder time getting gains than chubbyfat fucks that just need to cut and tone down their fat
A fat inactive person will for all practical discussion have to gain just as much muscle as a skinny guy. So being skinny is easier because you have less to cut.
Starting out with 10 extra pounds on your beginning lifts is not a major advantage
Either way you need to lift and eat right sooo? It's not like if you're fat you can just lift and eat ice cream all day and one day have a six pack.

I'm 5'7, and 167 pounds I got a little chub and somewhat soft hips (kinda lovehandles).
I heard my friends saying that she can just get something like this by just doing cardio, yoga, and some ab workouts, I've been doing that for a bit and was wondering if it'll really turn out like this.
