How can you enjoy squating? I mean, I have no doubt is the most based excercise and I will do it properly every fucking workout, but I'm always glad it's over when I finish my last set. How can I enjoy it?

I do it because I enjoy being glad they're over. Doing heavy squats should take like 20 minutes including 3 minute rest periods. You get to spend the next two days feeling good about them though

How often do you fap? do you find that you have more patience and desire to workout during extended periods of Nofap?
If the sperm isn't released from the testes then the nutrients are reabsorbed into the body (otherwise testes would inflate to immense size), like a shot of very potent hormones and increases test and hormonal desires for sex, using this to increase lifts seems scientifically plausible
I find that if I dont fap for a week then the following week I love my workouts, its like a lag effect, realistically I want to get fapping done to 1 or less...

I did nofap for 5 months.
I have never felt so euphoric before. I was horny af, which helped me socialize with girls. Porn not being an option allowed me to spend my free time better also. I find that I have a little extra fire. I completed 92 days of NoFap about midway through December. I felt like a plateaud benefits wise. My work outs seem about the same since even though I've probably been beating off too much last few weeks.

Isn't the idea of going to a specific place and paying entry just to have access to a bunch of heavy things a bit absurd?
because my desk job is more secure, gives me more money, and doesn't require additional training/certifications.
I'm better off at the desk job and lifting afterwards. It's all about time and money management.
I have a physically demanding job and I go straight there after I finish at the gym. I dont count work as any kind of lifting since its something I have to do whereas the gym is somewhere I want to be.
Because I don't want to wake up at 5am every morning. I also don't want a fucked up back and blown out knees by the time I'm 40.
