I'm fucking tired of being fat. All my life i've been a lard ass but two days ago I feeled like I reached the bottom. Right now I weight 140Kg and height 194cm. I dont't hace a single shit of muscular mass in my arms. Now the question that I have is how much time should I spend working out for day so I can lose at least 1/2 of my overweight. I started doing funtional training the monday, going to see a nutricionist tomorrow and im thinking of running/fastwalking 2 hours every morning. No idea how people end up like that. I used to have a tutor that had impossibly thin arms. Like, I wasn't even aware it was physiologically possible to have thin arms like that. Back then I was as inactive as possible physically, but it still grossed me out.

Figure I'm gonna go on a cut since my jacked friend told me I look fat as shit. Here's my stats:

6'4
20-30%BF
What I'm gonna do is eat 275g of egg whites per day with nothing else other than some supps and take a 3k calorie refeed day every Sunday so I'm carb loaded on Monday for my volume work.
That turns out to just under 1000 calories per day with roughly 80% of my bodyweight in grams of protein.
Is this stupid? Never done a cut before and am just wondering if there's anything else I...

First off you have to get your head in the right place.. you are not ~20% body fat at 264 6'4". I am 6'4" at 215 and i might still be 20%.
