You don't have to put it as brazenly as "Why aren't you putting out?" but you can ask if there's an unspoken problem or issue that's come between the two of you, causing this lack of sex. I wouldn't necessarily suggest you imply she's leading you on, but you can say you miss being intimate with her.

Better to discuss it than to have it build up into something bigger. There are a lot of things that affect a woman's sex drive. If she gets upset you need to talk with her about how important being intimate with you is and ways you can work it out. And then maybe think about medication if that is something both of you can agree to.

It's not worth it just to make money. I don't know about twitch, but YT pays shit unless you pump out a whole lot of content with a lot of time on it. They pay based off views and promote based off minutes viewed (hence why pewdiepie and other let's players are so succsessful: they can pump out tons of content with little effort and rake in tons of views.)

Jesus christ what am I supposed to do. An online acquaintance of mine is so certain that he's going to kill himself Friday, what should I do?

My brother's been in a mental hospital, and my advice would be not to make things difficult for the staff.
Take your meds on time and in the prescribed dose, and don't make the staff have to restrain you, and they'll make your stay comfortable. They're human and you're human, and the facility isn't intended to be something like a prison. It's a hospital with more security, essentially.
