Guys, I'm a really paranoid person.
I'm often correct in having these thoughts since they turn out to be true, but in some cases they're not and it really gets to me.

There's a specific cognitive bias that could cause you to feel like you have a better track record with your paranoia than you actually do, so you should be careful about that.

This Friday, I'm turning 22. Up until I was 18, I was an almost friendless loner who got hated on by virtually my entire year in highschool.

How can I stop my dandruff? I've tried everything from tea tree shampoo, that special tar shampoo, head and shoulders clinical strength, even no 'poo. It always goes away for a few days and then my scalp starts itching again. I used to use anti dandruff shampoo daily for years because otherwise I had terrible dandruff and I started to get sick of it and it was escalating to the point where I'd sometimes have to wash it twice a day if I was heading out somewhere nice that evening because it'd be back again by night time.
