I thought species like this (resembling human beings) didn't exist in the world nowadays cause they'd gone extinct millenia ago... but as it turns out, they're alive and quite well.

There's a brief adjustment period to allow your brain to rewire during those first few weeks so hopefully you'll start feeling better soon. To help with the nausea and headaches apparently upping your water intake can help, as can taking your medication with meals.

The school where they teach cooking looks A LOT better, and the idea of me learning cooking in that school, wearing uniform and shit really suits me, I like it, and I think I can do that.

I'm a programmer who likes to cook (sometimes). I started programming as a kid because it's what I liked to do for fun. Being a full time chef seems like a pain in the ass.
Do you cook for fun? Do you program for fun? If the answer to both is "no" then you really have no idea whether or not you'd enjoy either.
The nice thing about cooking is that if you know how to be a line cook you can literally go anywhere you want and be able to find a job at the drop of a chef's hat.

The definition of a hobby is something you don't or can't make money off of. If your enjoyment is derived only through making money off of it, you are best taking up a second side job or picking up new work skills (e.g. taking management courses that will work towards padding your resume).
If your derive pleasure out of getting tangible results, do things like starting a windowsill garden. Homebrew.

Pretend to be a confident you, not someone else. It's a bit harder since it's easier to pretend confidence as someone else, but you can fake being a confident you, and in time you will be. I've tried a bunch of those creams, from companies like nivea, and a brand called o'keeffe's working hands, which was advertised to fix the problem I have. It's what I use currently, overnight with socks on my hands so I don't end up rubbing it all over my face while I sleep, but it only does some much, i'm sure there must be something a bit stronger, or some homeopathic remedies someone has up their sleeve.
