I caught my uncle a fucking Christ Vick sucker watching gay teen porn. A lot of the shit too.
I didn't stop or question him. id hate if someone found out what I'm into.
I've talked to old smokers and new ones, based on my own research as well, there is a clear difference between cigarettes that are bought and cheap tobacco. Never buy cheap bag tobacco.
I've had some good rum tobacco but that was from a refined specialty shop.
Since you seem to be educated on this, what do you think of pic related? My friends all used to smoke this only, they'd use it for spliffs too, I never really liked tobacco so i'd roll mine pure when I could.
But I've been wanting to try rolling a few tobacco spliffs this summer and was wondering if you think this is a good tobacco to use.
>>17241965
Buy cigarettes. Try a Camel No 9, 99 or try Marlboro.
How is it that there are people in this day and age that are really fucking stupid enough to use tobacoo? Why not just snort asbestos?
What are the pros and cons of waiting to have sex? This could mean waiting for marriage, for love, or just for it to happen naturally. None of those three scenarios have happened for me as a 24 year old guy, and this isn't really a problem as I'm fairly conservative. However, lately I've started to wonder if I'm missing out by not having casual sex and trying to bed different women. My roommate is constantly going out and bringing different women home, I always hear him doing it in his room late at night on weekends. Should I be doing what he's doing? It piques my curiosity.
>>17241905
If you were raised in a conservative household, the pros of waiting for sex are a sense of self-respect.
You've internalized this concept as something positive, and if you try to break from it, you might feel like you're doing something bad and lose confidence.
The cons are you're missing out on seeing if you actually like casual sex or not. In my opinion, we should experience everything life has to offer, since you only get to do it once, and making mistakes is a great way to grow as a person.
>>17241920
This. Try it out so you can At least know if you like it or not.
I did, and realized casual sex is not for me. You might feel the same, or you might be a horndog. But at least you'll know
>>17241920
Yea just have casual sex once!
>contract aids/hiv/ect
Why bother?
I'm an "adult" (by law). Still live with parents because i'm in my first year of college and they don't let me work (yeah, they tell me "it's not necessary).
Some friends organized a trip to a nice beach of our contry, and it's cheap as fuck because one of my friends mother has a timeshare in a nice hotel. So we just have to pay transport and food.
I've been building PC's and fixing some stuff for money, got all the money I need.
Told my parents I want to go, that I have the money and all that stuff. They told me "no".
>You're not going anywhere without us
>It's too dangerous there (even though the state I live in it's the same or more dangerous than where I want to go, and it's actually true)
>You may be an adult but you can't go where you want or do what you want
Basically my legitimate right of "freedom of movement" inside my country gets fucked up as soon as they're my parents.
I'm not asking them money, anything, i'm paying myself this trip and they even threatened me with kicking me out of the house.
This is really a once in a lifetime chance, i'm getting a 5 day trip+transport+food in a nice beach with hotel included for $80-$90 USD. Not kidding.
Any tips?
>>17241897
Move out from your parents and you will have all that freedom but none of the financial support.
>>17241897
Are you worried they'll kick you out if you do go?
>>17241897
Just go. There's a good chance they're bluffing anyway.
Hey /adv/.
I'll keep it short as short as possible, I was born in Arizona, 1993, without a social security number, didn't apply till I was 18, 5 years later, nothing has shown up at all.
I don't have a photo ID, you need an SSN to get one, but you need a photo ID to get an SSN.
I'm stuck in this loop, the SS office won't budge on this, library cards require a photo ID, passports require a photo ID, so all other forms of photo ID in turn, require either another photo ID or SSN.
tl;dr almost 23 year old us born white guy without an SSN cant get one without a photo ID, cant get photo ID without ssn, what do
What would you guys do for a photo ID to get past the state ID or SSN business? anyone in Arizona have any experience?
>>17241883
Can't you use your birth certificate to apply for an SSN?
>>17241883
What/how do you not have a SSN?
>>17241890
You need more than that.
I do have that but when I took it in they just said "This isn't enough, if you don't bring atleast 2 documents, 1 with photo ID, you need 3 documents on this list proving identity, 1 of which is birth certificate"
All of the things on that list, things like W-2 form, Selective Services, Passport, Employee ID badge, they all require an SSN/State ID.
>>17241896
The doctors at my original hospital thought I had died right after birth, I was lifted by a helicopter to another better equipped nearby hospital where I was revived, a friend of mine who works as an attorney said they might have forgotten to apply me for one, or weren't aware that I was revived since I was 'dead' upon leaving their hospital, but since that's where I came out at, the responsibility was on them.
That's all I know, I don't even know if the story is true.
How do i pay for things online without giving over my address?
I used to have this sweet method of transferring my money from my bank to paypal, and then purchasing using paypal with a fake address. Now paypal want a photo ID and address or they refuse to let me use this method. They probably want a phone number too.
They have no right to this information! Its PRIVATE.
Help me out!
It's pretty easy, actually.
Skip online altogether and just mail cash with no return address. It'd probably work the same.
>>17241859
your address is not private information.
>>17241859
Why are you worried about giving away your address?
Your bank has your address, why wouldn't paypal ask for it too?
>asked my father to open Teamviewer for me so I can access PC from work
>he installed it again and put some malware on my computer (shit like Advanced-PC Care and some DriverDoctor thing, etc.)
>uninstalled most of them with Revo, but had to uninstall Advanced PC-Care from Control Panel
Should I reformat my computer or is this good enough?
>>17241834
Oh yeah I remember DriverDoctor, I see shit like this installed on people's computers all the time at work.
What we do is just uninstall it, and you should be fine. It's just malware, most of the time it's trying to get you to buy into some other scam through it, not directly trying to steal your shit.
>>17241843
My worry is slowing down the ol' computadora
>>17241857
Well did you remove all the malware?
Did you check the running processes to see if there's no weird stuff going on?
If so, you're fine.

Hey /adv/
I have a few questions about fundamental ideas behind relationships and all that and would like multiple perspectives to answer these questions so I might better understand some issues I'm having.
1. What is the difference between being someone's friend and being someone's SO or partner?
2. Why do we feel so hurt when someone we're with does something like flirting with another person or even having sex with someone else?
3.What is it about such simple, physical interaction(sex) that makes us feel like intimacy and passion is being formed?
Pic semi-unrelated.
>>17241762
All right, this is just my personal take on it, so don't take it to be the opinions of everyone.
> What is the difference between being someone's friend and being someone's SO or partner?
A partner and a friend aren't that different. A partner is, in reality, simply an incredibly close friend, with whom you're not only emotionally, but also physically intimate with.
> Why do we feel so hurt when someone we're with does something like flirting with another person or even having sex with someone else?
Because they're ours. They're our friend, our family member, our partner. We want them to ourselves and don't want to feel that they're leaving us behind for someone else.
> What is it about such simple, physical interaction(sex) that makes us feel like intimacy and passion is being formed?
Neural pathways or something like that. I'd wager that the feeling we call "love" is a kind of reward, for procreating. In the end, that's the goal of our lives, after all. Evolution! (I have no actual clue, so go ask someone smart, if you really want to know.
>>17241762
>what is the difference between being someones friend and someones SO or partner
it varies from place to place. but romance. there are many types of love. you dont love your daughter the way you love your wife. so it makes sense that friends would be loved differently as well.
that being said, there is a growing trend of blended relationships. they sound kinda classless as 'friends with benefits' but a lot of people are starting to realize they can have a romance with someone without it being the 'end all love you forever were gonna get married ur the only one for me' kind of love.
its okay to enjoy someone even if you dont enjoy them the most.
>why do we feel so hurt when someone were with does something like flirting with another person
culture, conditioning, and inherent posessiveness. a lot of this goes back to when we were 'cave people'. The end all of life at that time and what evolution programmed us for was
>we need to survive
>OUR kids need to survive.
if you are a girl and you see a man flirting with, or having sex with or doing anything with another woman, you dont know which one he likes more. if the lions cornered us, who is he going to save? is it you? or is it her?
in men we get something different. we are protectors. if our cave-wife fucks another man are we protecting someone elses potential children in the future? that does us no good.
even the most 'open relationship free love' type people can feel jealousy if their partner shows a higher priority over them. i certainly do. im very happy to share sexually but the idea of not being number 1 does bug me.
cont...
>>17241789
why does sex make us feel like intimacy and passion is being formed
it doesnt always. women release a hormone when they have sex that does make them fall in love. this is likely becuase cave women werent always WILLING participants when having sex. but nature needed them to love their 'rapist' (if you will) in order for her and her baby to be safe. so women who had this hormone were more likely to survive. whereas those who didnt fall in love with their rapist would avoid them, and not have a man protecting them.
men dont really have that. its the reason prostitutes can be nothing but a hole to dump ur load in. or just sluts for that matter. its the reason gangbangs exist. cuz guys dont need intimacy. they just need to get off.
I really fucked up /adv/
>Be me

>Get her number at the end of the night
>Later find out from older cousin that she's my estranged uncle's bastard

Is it possible your cousin is just fucking with you?
I'd confirm the details with other family members.

Just fuck her.
How do I loosen up and relax in social situations? I rarely feel at ease talking to people, though I get better once I really know them but even then, I'm not completely relaxed. I could never have a conversation with a cashier like people always do in front of me in the queue (admittedly, they're invariably older)
Sometimes I talk louder and laugh more to help myself, but I probably come off as a fake faggot. What do?
You have social anxiety. Go see a psychologist.
>>17241690
Let me ask you OP, What have you got to lose?
>>17241690
>How do I loosen up and relax in social situations?
Pull your dick
So /adv/ I have some question about a suspected sebaceous cyst at the base of my penis, on my scrotum. I would like to apologize for the potato cam. Does it look infected? It has been this big until the last few days and it normally isn't irritable like it is currently. Also, should I attempt to remove it and/or seek medical attention? I currently have epiditimitis as well, although I'm not sure that would be correlated.
>>17241684
I don't think it's infected. Is there any swelling or redness? If its irritated, it's probably going to burst soon. Leave it be unless it gets bigger or starts showing signs of being infected.
Pop it
>>17241692
You could also get it lanced by your doctor. I wouldn't risk popping that baby at home.
Arm pain running from inside of elbow down to centre of wrist through forearm, and painful tingling in my bicep and upper forearm- according to doctor it's the 'Ulnar Nerve' and he thinks it will go away but he didn't even check it. I told him my problem and he said it will go away. My question is, how long will it take? I think it's from using desks especially with computers, i rest my left elbow on the desk and it's started to pain badly recently (2-3 weeks).
also, is my doc useless or does he really not even need to check the arm to come to that conclusion?
>>17241657
Yeah, it sounds like there's some pressure being put on the nerve. Just take a break from resting your elbow on the desk, and it should go away.
It's kinda like carpal tunnel but in your arm. I'm sure your doctor knows whats up.
>>17241657
Sounds about right not much can be done about it other than letting your arm rest. When it comes to limbs painful tingling usually means your nerves are getting pinched. It either goes away on it's own with rest or it's just something you have to deal with forever.
>>17241657
Why do people ask these fucking ridiculous medical questions to the adv board? Just go to the doctor you autistic fucks.
Hello /adv/ apparently the most sexual thing for me is manly asian guys with picrelated proportions and long-ass fingers.
Can you prove that they exist and that the dating pool is huge enough to find one?
The only one i saw had those features because of a severe illness.
Should I stick to 2d or sick guys then?
Why my vanilla-as-fuck fetish seems so unreal?
>>17241616
>Hello /adv/ apparently the most sexual thing for me is manly asian guys with picrelated proportions and long-ass fingers.
Umm... that pic is of a woman. Female video game character, actually.

Anyone else terrified that they chose the wrong major, or are floating down the wrong river of life in general?
>be me, working class attending state school
>"above average" intelligence, 3.7 GPA + lifelong depression
>mild interest in many subjects, never super passionate about one or another
>rule out medicine+business+art because of oversaturation and expenses

>mfw I know someone with a PhD in chemistry working at Walmart
>constantly worrying that I'm actually an idiot possessed by the dunning-kruger effect and couldn't take the intellectual rigour of stem
Is there no escape from this hell? Should I bite the bullet and change my major or just network as much as possible and ride through it to the end? Fortunately I only have 200 dollars in debt remaining thanks to federal scholarships but it doesn't really dampen the fear as much as I'd like
