The only thing that annoyed me was that my dentist would only come in and actually look at me for ~30 seconds every visit, but I was used to this because of how "perfect my teeth were" so this didn't concern me.

You don't.It's one of the most basic instincts for self-preservation and it's very deeply ingrained into our minds.It's what keeps us alive and,in some ways,makes us feel alive.Everyone is fearful of death to some extent,even suicidal people(unless they're sociopathic or something).
If you want to ease the fear,you could start believing in a religion or philosophy like epicureanism.Or accept it as unavoidable and try to channel the fear to make the most out of your life(easier said than done,but eh).

A couple of months ago this girl started working at my workplace and I immediately took a liking to her. The feeling was somewhat reciprocated but things started going downhill precipitously once I let her know that I was interested in something beyond friendship.

The most problematic incident was around 2 months ago when she went upstairs and told someone she "had a problem with me", all over some misunderstanding that led to her feeling "ambushed" or "smothered". I've got a good enough reputation that nobody seriously suspected me of harassing her, plus she later recanted her accusation, but I still needed this sort of bullshit like I need a hole in the head.

There is a lot of them. Today there was 11 of them.. It's a pretty small gym too. Not big at all. so it felt very crowded. Especially since when I typically would go, usually it'd just be me and maybe 2-3 others. But lately this same group has been there and it's always a bunch of them. They smell like shit and they are loud. They speak to each other in Syrian or some shit. I hate it. I left after 10 minutes of being there because they ruined the environment.

It's understandable that you would be upset, but if she had every reason to believe you were dead, there is very little if any call to hold it against her. Had you acthally died, your relationship would have been over; she was honestly mistaken, but she was given false information.

I have apparently something called sticky poo syndrome according to google, ?I have to wipe my ass an inordinate amount of times to get all the poop and stink off, and it's annoying.
I've found that adding water to the tissue paper helps to reduce the number of wipes used. My question is would hot or cold water be better at wiping the poo away? Would hot water melt the poo and make it easier to wipe off, or just smear it more, or cook the poo so it sticks? Conversly would cold water help to lessen the smear and it off more easily or would it harden the poo?
