My sink started to fill up with water faster so I realized it was probably clogged. I removed the safety cap and saw this. What do I do? The drain plunger doesn't help. It doesn't smell but looks and very likely is potentialy dangerous. I tried picking stuff out but wasn't successful. What do I treat it with?

Anyone have tips for how to get rid of social anxiety and awkwardness quickly (within a couple months)? I'm not a total beta.
