Ok, so i told a girl that i known for about 7 years that i liked her, she didn't knew it and was suprised. I told her that i can't be friends with her. She was devastated, but understood my feeling for her. After a drunk night i texted her that i wanted to stay in contact with her. Why can't I drink alcohol anymore? I'm 32. I drank at least 6 beers every night for the past 10 years. A few months ago I realised I was drinking too much and was afraid of becoming a fully blown alcoholic so I stopped drinking. It was hard for the first 3 days but got easier. Now I can't stomach alcohol anymore. When I do drink I can only have 2 or 3 beers then I feel sick. I'm not very good at expressing my thoughts, so if you get lost in the paragraphs I understand.
I have an over-bearing sense of guilt and shame for no particular reason. It's made it very difficult for me to remain comfortable in any given situation. Whenever I get off work I worry that I've done something wrong and that I'll be reprimanded, for example, or if I'm being watched by a stranger just glancing around like any human being would I feel like I've committed a grave error somehow. I often find myself staying quiet and still in social situations for fear of making a mistake.
I get very nervous, even outright upset, at the prospect of a relationship, but I have a lot of pressure on me to find a partner. I'm disgusted by the thought of having to be intimate with someone. I don't watch porn, and I threw a roommate down a flight of stairs because he refused to stop having sex after ten at night when I was trying to sleep.
I'm not gay, since I can't get an erection at whatever gay things 4chan shows off, and I do get turned on by girls, but I'm repulsed by the idea of having to be naked with one. Not only that, girls that everyone else claim to be attractive I find disgusting. its not a big deal. im told i walk funny all the time because when i was younger my brother twisted my foot and it did some long term damage cuz i was walking on it sideways for months (my parents didnt care to take me to the doctor for some reason).
anyway, i often get comments that i walk weird, some have even said they thought i was on crack or cocaine because of the way i walk.
despite this i manage an office, date regularly, have friends... basically a normal life i just walk slightly different...

I virtually never do anything because everything always sounds either terrible or dangerous, and the few rare times I ever DO end up going somewhere or doing something is in hopes that the dangerous thing will get me. I always have to make sure that the inevitable death my actions will cause would be fast and painless, and considering that most of these deaths and injuries are slow, painful or otherwise horrifying, I rarely go.
It never happens so I'm virtually always left disappointed.
