Been seeing this girl lately and every time I hang out with her I am fine the whole day but whether or not she stays over night I have trouble sleeping around her.... because my throat closes up.
This only happens after when I hang around with her so I know it is not my room.
I've tried gargling salt water to see if it will help the swelling. What else can I do? I don't sleep well days after I've seen her because I keep coughing so hard and have a hard time breathing.
Figured it might be an allergy to her perfume but don't feel comfortable enough with her yet to tell her to not wear any.

How do I help my mom to get healthy when I'm away at college 85% of the year?
My mom's been overweight (200+ pounds probably) since I was in grade school, and she turned 60 last year. She doesn't eat a ton of fast food or cheap junk, but what she does eat she eats too much of, and she drinks wine almost every night (not so much that I'm worried about her liver, but those calories add up). And she doesn't get out at all except to walk the dog and to do things like grocery shopping or eat out with friends.
