I've gone on two dates with this girl and I've fucked up every step of the way showing no sort of interest in her whatsoever. I'm horrible when it comes to romance and these kinds of things and both dates have essentially just been hanging out. Only sort of verbal interest I've shown is calling her pretty one time during the first date. Definitely get some games organized to get everyone laughing and having a good time. if you arent a loud outgoing host get one of your buddies that is koud and outgoing to set the tone and force people to play. Make it a theme party. A good one is redlight greenlight. If you wear a red shirt it means you are in a relationship but here to chill. If you are wearing a greenshirt you are single and here to mingle. 80's theme is always a fun one too. Obviously youd dress 80's and play 80's top 100 soundtrack all night.

I've been working 60+ hours a week since I was 19. I've been quite happy with it, but recently decided I need to re-evaluate my career options.
So I'm back in school now, going to try and finish my bachelors.
Here's the problem: I am so far removed from the hookup and party culture of the early-20's that I literally don't know how to socialize with people my own age. The last few years it never bugged me, I was busy with work. I was producing things, I found value and validation through that.

There are times where you need to be able to say "fuck you". Being absolutely inclusive and nice is unsustainable and a shit idea.
And nothing is wrong with random hookups, but it's the /only thing/ anybody my age wants to do. You're forgetting networking. It's possibly one of the most important things about college. Join clubs that have professional value. Do volunteer work that gets you professional experience. Network and make friends that way. Don't bother with the 'party scene' or 'hookup culture.' You won't find anything of value...

What's my problem with attracting girls? I just started a dating profile on okcupid and am getting literally nowhere.
I'm in my mid-20s, college education, and I have a good well-paying stable job, I'm happy with my life, I've got a couple friends I hang out with sometimes, I have a positive personality. Basically everything in my life is going just fine except girls don't seem to be interested in me. Am I just ugly or something?
What can I do? My career has a lot of upward mobility so I'm on track to be making even more in the future, at least. But I think at this point where I'm at in life right now everything should be going fine enough already. I'm doing all the right things. What's the deal?

I've been having this issue where I feel like the majority of people in my life are too nosy and controlling.
I'm in my late twenties now, and was previously unemployed for a long period. During this period, I managed to spend a lot of time with friends and had lots of communication with family. Honestly, Id say drop the products you're using on your face. Drink plenty of water, stop touching your face... Even if you do touch your face, have clean hands. Having pimples show up once in awhile is normal. Id also stop the moisturizer since it prevents pores from breathing. Your face should provide the natural oils it needs.
You can also try sleeping with a fresh towel on your pillow every night, but I don't do that since I can't be passed to wash towels all the time.

-Stop buying video games. They are truly a waste of time and money. You can still play your old games but eventually, try to just stop. You could use your time for better things
-Brush your teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and just before going to bed. Take care of your teeth, you'll thank yourself later on in life
-Clip your nails once a week
-Sleep 7-8hours per day
-Stop playing mobile games
-Drink socially but don't go out too often
-Reach out some of your friends. Most people are afraid of socializing and you making the first steps will make them open up to you
-Stop thinking about tfw no gf. Girls WILL come to you but only if you WANT to change. Focus about yourself first and then you'll worry about the others
-Gradually reduce the amount of pornography you watch. Once a week is fine but try to go no fap. It helped me out and I'm sure it can help you too
