I don't know how to tinder. I get a lot of matches daily but I can't hold their interest. It feels dehumanizing because it seems like all they want to hear is some chad/tyrone thundercock types going ayy gurl wan sum fuk?

netflix and chill became so popular becuase netflix was an easy pretense for meeting up without the promise of sex.
unfortunately texting doesn't allow someone to truly experience you, so while certain 'hooks' might make them uber interested, its hard to find those. the reason you get a lot of matches is because you are (presumably) attractive. so girls wnat to give you a chance. than you say nothing to impress them.
so you can either play that game... or you can not. meeting people in real life is fewer and farther between, but that is what makes it... well, humanizing. tinder is where you go shopping for humans. to not give yourself access to a buffet of humans to choose from is what makes it humanizing. not having girl after girl after girl trying to match up is what makes a REAL spark something wonderful.
when you go outside and meet people, you develop a real connection. as opposed to a thousand people saying 'TRY TO CONNECT WITH ME' and failing because they are only putting forth certain aspects of themselves

so I basically flunked my first semester of college due to a variety of reasons. (traumatic experience, depression, fucking around too much, not being organized, etc.)
I was given a second chance this semester and so far i've been doing okay. I have okay grades but not great grades. How can I ensure that I get great grades this semester so I don't get kicked out? I literally can't afford to get kicked out.
My schedule this semester is a bit more than last semester. I'm retaking two classes but the work for both of them is completely different and I actually want to learn the material. I'm struggling with my computer science course a bit and I've been considering seeking out a tutor.
What can I do for myself besides the obvious? IE

So I downloaded and read a study about internet addiction, went online to check my results on the Internet Addiction Test and got 67 points which is a moderate internet addiction score.
Some parts of the study and some questions in the test talk about people who neglect their friends/partners to instead spend time talking to people online, but I have no friends or partner in the first place. Even though I was hopeful when I first started reading the study, this got me worried again.
If I stop using unnecessary applications that have a negative impact on my grades and health (e.g. Skype), what the hell do I have that I can go back to in real life? I'm in university and most people seem to be part of a friend group already, I don't want to bother putting myself out there for shit.

I've been talking to this girl recently and she really seems like a great girl. However, I've lately been hearing things that aren't quite good about her. I've heard she has a boyfriend, but I've heard she'll never say she has one unless you ask her directly. She's mentioned his name before, but she had never once referred to him as her boyfriend. This concerns me because:
A. If he finds out I like her, I could have a whole new problem on my hands, because she and I did somewhat go on a date (i.e. just the two of us hanging out)..
B. Who's to say she wouldn't do the same to me?

Okay, she is not supposed to be living here. Her P.O. meets with her at our grandmother's house, where she is SUPPOSED to be living.
